I got the D-9 blu ray yesterday as well and have played and got my friends to play the demo, goddamn it looks good. :D

And don't forget guys, this is only a E3 2009 build. ;)

I didn't think it was that great, but then again I didn't really like GOW 1 or 2. More of a Ninja Gaiden guy myself. :P

The demo was pretty awesome. I was very impressed with the graphics, especially it being an E3 build. The last sequence before the demo ended looked really good. Gameplay was fluid, and the new additions to the combat system were nice. I enjoyed the demo as much as dante's inferno. If Dante had the same graphics it would be a serious competitor to GOW. right now, it looks like GOW will be slightly better. I want a Darksiders demo so I can see how it stacks up.

No, it's a new IP. That's an irrefutable fact. If you want to make the argument that it's a spiritual successor to titles like NWN and BG, then that's valid, but it's still a new IP. No ifs, ands, or buts about it.
