So if Killzone 2 is AA will it be the biggest flop of all time?

It probably would be based on the fact that it was hyped AAA by more people than the amount that hyped Zelda AAA. I personally don't think it would be because the last game was less than a 7 but based on the amount of hype I belive that it would be considered by many to be a worse flop than Zelda.SuperVegeta518

with the new review system + the budget and experience of what went wrong the last game i highly doubt this game is not going to get AAA, and i am a lemming. However, if they still get under AA this time around that is truly truly pathetic i mean the devs should just shut down and never work on anything ever again.

Many sheep kept claiming TP would be better then OOT, the greatest game ever (IMO) as well as outscoring gears of war, a game which scored higher then halo 2.

The thing that makes TP such a big flop is that pretty much every single person was hyping AAA/AAAA

where as other games might be overall hyped AAA but you'll get like maybe 65% saying AAA and the rest some lower score

Whereas with TP.....I'm sure it was like 99% AAA and alot of those also hyping AAAA

Oh comon. This is Zelda, Zelda!!!!!!!!! That makes a huge difference. Plus the amount of hype it was receiving, i mean really the hype was just enormous, and expectations were super duper high for it being a Zelda game.

Killzone 2 only flops if it really sucks compared to other games in it's genre. Then it's a flop. Not the biggest though. SMS was legendary.

Score wise that may be true, however, hype wise, TP was hyped way more hyped then the games you just mentioned. Despite the score, it failed to meet hype which made it a flop. And the shear amount of hyped it recieved is probably why people considered it a flop.

i'm not saying it wasn't a flop. the games i listed just fell much further away from their hype levels than zelda did.

Numbers are irrelevant when you consider the absolute scale and social importance of the Zelda franchise. It is a far more important series than any of your other listed flops, so even a numerically small flop is a HUGE deal.
