hahah this is quality stuff here, TC. this thread has it all.
Short list of crappy PC games and early access blunders. Check. Rambling nonsense. Check. Bitching about GS forum. Check. TC popping bone doctors with the real ladies while PC gamers are left to their body pillows. Check.
PC gamers everywhere are devastated.
lol, this guy clearly has a problem.
First of all, you seriously need to tone down the crush you have on @lostrib. I'm sure he's not signing any autographs at this time. 2nd, though it's true that PC also has it's share of bad games (No one is arguing against that dude; what platforms don't?), there's a plethora of good ones as well. You are being jaded, and cherry-picking once again. 3rd, you keep acting like a victim, accusing people of flagging you. I don't even know who you even are (an ALT account perhaps?), but looking at your post history, you come off with a hostile attitude, and idiotic arguments all the time it seems. You also repeatedly talk shit about this forum, and claim you're leaving. Who cares dude? Are you an attention whore or something? It's clear that you have a shitty reputation here. And that's...well...., shitty. lol
Why don't you take a chill pill, and stop taking this shit so seriously guy. Good day.
@Cranler: none of what you're saying is relevant. Stop trying to derail
I'm pointing out all the sales flops on pc. Surely Huggles welcomes my input.
Can't be a flop if it was never hyped.
I forgot that no pc games are hypeworthy.
Cranler's alt makes a thread.
Cranler posts on the thread
Smart move
So every user who sides with console is an alt of mine then?
@Cranler: Forever salty.
or until he goes out of his basement, get a ob and be able to buy a gaming pc :(
Something irrelevant.
Hey there, you worthless direct question dodging troll, what makes you think that I'd ever dignify another question from you, since you've already proven that you can't even answer simple direct questions?
Get back to creating alts to parrot/support your moronic claims, since no one else does.
It isn't always about numbers. There's a negative tone that has been surrounding these consoles since launch(maybe a tad after launch in sonys case). The numbers are good, but they are having a Wii effect on the two of them, especially sony--in the sense of changing the perspective of the brand. People will smarten up eventually, or maybe better put--people will start playing actual games and realize that most of these releases are just quick cash grabs.
Yeah, PC gaming sucks because I have the option of buying awful games that I've never even heard of on the platform. Better just toss it in the trash, I guess.
@Cranler: Forever salty.
Hows that? All these alt accusations make me lol

You use a 20gb hdd in a 360 matching pc so its perfectly valid to ask what hdd you would use in a pc to match the arcade model.
Never used an alt.

he's trying to derail it by continuing a conversation he and Dasein have had for like 3 or 4 threads now

Divinity hyped? It didn't even get a sticky.
500k sales out of 711 million pc gamers doesn't sound all that great.
Been debating on whether to get it. Turn based kind of turns me off but the freedom sounds good, maybe I'll get it when it's $5 on sale.
Divinity hyped? It didn't even get a sticky.
You must be very bitter that Divinity got aaa and destiny didn't even manage a.

By that logic 90% of console games aren't hyped because they weren't stickied. Hype doesn't exclusively include what we post in SW. As far as hyped gamespot scores it does, but nothing about sales or actual quality is involved in all of that.
Bottom line is the game received excellent word of mouth as it approached release, as well as critical acclaim following release. And yea, 500k are great sales for a game with little advertising a couple months in. The devs already said they broke even and that they probably won't even need crowdfunding for their next game at this rate.

I'm a little annoyed that Destiny isn't as good as it could have been.
You might be bitter that you can't play Divinity on your console. You may be in luck though, rumour has it that they they're thinking about porting it to console.
If I'm ever in the mood for a book game with turn based combat though, I'll get the pc version.

Divinity wasn't hyped. Only pc game getting any hype in the last year is Star Citizen.
Instead of thinking that this entire forum is stupid, maybe you should consider why you, and only you, receive this kind of hate and trolling. Maybe you're just a terrible, terrible poster that needs to leave SW.
Edit- are you actually creating a wall of text in your OP to reply to comments instead of just commenting? Are you that scared of getting proven wrong that you're resorting to creating a situation in which it's hard for us to respond to you? lol you are one sad, sad motherfucker.

The main reason he gets hate is that he sides with console. If he acted the same way but argued in the pc's favor he would get very little hate.

So where was all this Divinity hype?
Here in non-stickies, in preview articles, on steam pages and in early user reviews. You should really pay more attention.

Except not. Few games ever receive the kind of positive praise from it's beta players that Divinity gained approaching release. Divinity's hype was not typical at all, but it certainly was there.
