Well, it has 4 player coop and team deathmatch. But don't take what i said about halo literally, I'm just going by what I think gamespot will say. Personally, I really don't like halo 3 that much, so yeah.....

Crysis has no replay feature that I know of and less game types than Halo. However, those really aren't things I'd expect to tip the scale, but who knows.

Honestly, I just hope it's better optimised than the demo. All I really need is another 2 or 3 frames to make it both smooth and amazing looking.

A replay feature? who gives a ****. And if the multiplayer that is already in Crysis is more fun, I don't see why the number of game types should matter. Besides the single player is 10 times better, IMO, and I'm sure the gamespot people would probably agree.

Orange box is not a game its a name of a bundle of some old games and some (short?)new games. Only new in it is Ep2, portal, and TF2 and i dont think any of those will be GOTY.

You can take any single game from that bundle and Crysis will be better, but if you compare all games against crysis you maybe as gamer have more fun for the money with Orange box.

Only because its impossible to score higher. 10s will never be given out on Gamespot again. The fact that a game they're giving one of the "Greatest Shooters Of All Time" a 9.5 makes it painfully obvious.

...is not half the game Crysis is. I think the story and single player campaign are more fun in Halo 3, but as an actual game and gameplay wise, Crysis is just unmatched.

In all seriousness though, I would say that shooter of the year is probably going to be the biggest thing since sliced bread.

COD4, Crysis, Orange Box, Halo 3; all awesome games, fighting for that one coveted top spot.

I'd also like to add, should Crysis have released earlier, I think every FPS this year would have gotten -.5 off their score, Crysis is that good. I would love to see some type of Co-Op though, the thought of running through my own maps with a buddy, would just be an amazing experience.JocktheMotie

halo 3 isn't goty material, does offer anything new and has to much competion, remember 2004? halo 2 lost
