So is the wii Drought nearly over?

I'm hoping it's almost over. I can never understand what all these people always talking about playing their Wii's are playing.... are they replaying RE4 (played it to death years ago)? The Godfather? No thanks. My PS3 and Wii are getting very little play time these days.... hopefully something comes along to change that.

I have patience though, so whatever.

As for a drought, what drought? I've been playing Super Paper Mario, Resident Evil 4, and Mario Strikers :D

Probably hs owned a Nintendo system before. I'm fully expecting another 6 months after Super Mario Galaxy is released before there's another Great game. At least 6 months.

If you really want me to talk about the topic, 1 release per month is a dry as hell. Granted the last half year is 1 release per 2 months, but the "Wait for the next Miyamoto game" is clearly still in effect for you sheeps.NobuoMusicMaker

Even the 360 is getting only about 1 decent release per month.

There's plenty of Wii's in my area. 2 weeks ago, saw a Wii sold at Toys'R'us, a week ago at EBgames. I think this "there's no Wiis anywhere" is a pack of lies but I'll make that topic some other time.

Alright then, you envy the PS3 and all its high-end tech that it offers except you can't afford it right now. So when the price drops, you're guaranteed to be getting it. :roll: Obviously, putting words in other people's mouths is the worst kind of trolling ever.

The 360 got Call of Juarez, The Darkness, Dirt, and Overlord last month. Granted not AA games but they are decent games that have some kind of value to take up a decent amount of time. Last month on the Wii, you get an AAA 3 year GC port, a bunch of minigames and VC games. Certainly, there are more decent titles happening on the 360 than your post clearly suggests.

Well that's better thn just the wii only has mini games response..you usually do.. on topic.. every system has a drought but seriously without good 3rd part support it relies on 1st and 2nd support which doesn't make games fast enough to help.

Wii only has minigames to take up your little amount of time. The philosophy behind the Wiimote is for gimmick gameplay. It can only be done through minigames because no traditional, epic game has use for the Wiimote. All of them are either tacky controls or better using the traditional controls.
