Option is another word for indecisive. Real men don't have that problem.

Its essential if you enjoy online gaming. $50 a year is pretty much nothing considering what all xbl offers

It's essential, but it's also $5 a month.

This thread is stupid:

Do you realize that you are asking over 10 million people with different opinions to agree on gold being essential or not?

Wow, isn't it a little bit more reasonable to try and understand that people have different preferences?  Some people play mostly single player games and only offline multiplayer...therefore silver gives them free demo's and a bunch of other stuff.  Other people want to play multiplayer online......Is any of this really that hard to understand?

MS gives the options.

It's an option, something cows can't receive ;)Nemme

to play or not to play online?

no, we have that option, the only thing is we don't have to pay for it. We pay $600 for a system that already has everything we need and somethings we don't need, but that are useful and we like them, like WiFi. You have to pay $400 + $50 x 5 years + $100 WiFi = $750 only to achieve that or $650 to be a WiFi behind, with better matchmaking but no Home.

Option is actually the freedom of choice, you choose to opt. out or opt. in, not indecisive. Real men know when there been milked.

Wow, if you have have a choice don't you have a decision to make? Which means.... TADA!!!!! indecisive

If we're getting technical now, then let's examine this:

Option: Power or right of choice.

Indecisive: Lacking definition; vague or indistinct.

Or how about this... If the only choices you had to drink were Coke or Sprite, and you didn't like Sprite that much and liked Coke, then obviously Coke's the choice, so you had the CHOICE of Coke or Sprite, but you didn't need to be indecisive about it.
