So, new xbox console is coming out in a few months. Anyone seen a game run on the actual console yet?

The xbox event was bashed to hell they had to say halo ran on a potato pc and the rest said they resemble xbox hardware.

Na flagship titles like halo infinite are runnin on suped up gaming PC's. I don't know if microsoft even cares about the xbox brand.

I inferred as much... Just poking fun. Regardless, I don't think we know... 343 came out and said it ran on a PC, but nothing otherwise. This isn't a new thing. Did all PS5 reveals run on an actual PS5, or a devkit and/or PC? I actually don't know. Google searches are lacking on both ends.

We saw games run on Xbox Series X before we even knew what a PS5 even looked like.

Not really sure but it’s not really something that I’m all that worried about. I think that there is an Xbox Showcase in August so we’ll probably see some stuff there.

I'm not waiting around for August they had their chance this was their big xbox show. They blew it.

Next month they should have series x gameplay UI features along with the lockhart reveal. Can't believe it's apparently only 4 months until its eventually out but I have a feeling both system might be pushed back to December.

The reality is there is no third party to confirm any of these games shown at any of these events are running on the hardware of both PS5 and Series X.

Their last 2 showcases were so bad that they'll have to throw a showcase each month just to stay relevant xD

this is a free game packed in every ps5 and it has better physics and graphics than halo a multi million dollar budget game.

Potato PC?...

I'm sorry but to even run Farcry 5 at 4K/60 you need a RTX 2070.

Clearly a Potato PC wouldn't be able to play what was shown of Halo Infinite at 4K with a flawless 60FPS, its clearly a PC with at least a RTX 2070.

Which brings me to my point... The XSX was already benchmark slower than a RTX 2080, so if you guys really want next generation graphics your going to have to settle for 30FPS.

Consoles...😑 It's no secret that Sony and MS are using/selling PC scrapyard parts since "this gen" and marketing it as a "high-end PC"...

You'll (arguably) get what you pay for - a cheap plastic box, little to no control over your software/hardware, forced paid subscription and that's about it.
