So now that MS show is over what do you think was best at show from a MS ip perspective??

@poe13: Maybe your passion for gaming is going. I've been gaming for about 40yrs and I lose my gaming mojo from time to time so maybe its just that.

I dodn't think Fable looked childish, cheesy yes, childish no. South of Midnight didn"t look childish either, it has some dark undertones in the trailer.

As for the others well, can't really comment as I only watched the one show as I simply don't have the time.

The last Star wars game was Jedi Survivor. The next one having a female lead doesn't seem like it would be forcing too much diversity upon us, in my opinion.

The whole female Han solo thing just doesn't do it for me but to each their own.

Starfield is going to be huge. Fable also looks interesting, need to see more however.

I don't get excited for games really any more.

And that's fine. Actually, I prefer to not be hyped as it tempers my expectations, and I tend to enjoy games more when I don't hype since, let's be honest, they rarely deliver on the hype. I'm not the kind of person that's going to hype a game and then lie to myself that it's amazing when it's clearly not, either.

I'd much rather go in with reasonable expectations and still enjoy it in spite of its flaws than to lie to myself and say how amazing it is (when it isn't).

Plus, there's just SO MANY games to play, I can't hype them all or follow them all. And I am genuinely interested in so many games at any time.

TL;DR: shows like this are fine and everything, but they don't do much for me.

Starfield looks AMAZING! SO EXCITED!

I'm a big motorsport fan, so Forza obviously appealed to me a lot.

But there are a few games that tickled my fancy, I think Clockwork Revolution looks really interesting, as does South of Midnight. I know Hellblade 2 will be good (although yes, it's seems even more cinematic than the first game - just hope it's engaging as the first game overall).

And I trust Playground Games, so I'm confident Fable will be good.

@hrt_rulz01: The thing about Fable is that it's not being made by the Forza Horizon team, as Playground now has 2 studios with the second studio working on Fable, but they did hire some experienced talent.

So I think the game will be good, but we will have to wait and see how it turns out. A 30sec gameplay video would have been nice to see, but since they didn't produce one it seems like the game is still a couple of years away.

Fable was best imo. Although I have no idea what it's about. Hellblade looked and felt the same as the first one, which I liked at the time because it was different. But don't really feel like playing a new one. It's one of those games that probably shouldn't have a sequel.

I anticipate (could be wrong) that we will get more info early next with a direct about Fable.

@joshrmeyer: that is actually a pretty good point! H1 was a surprisingly good game that ( for me) came out of nowhere.. that being said I ain’t specifically hyped to play another one!

There was a bunch of good looking stuff, but Starfield wins for me.

Finally watched the Starfield show and although I was already sold on the game now I'm kinda hyped.
