Choose a decisive review method and stop this nonsense. For the past 3 wks all you read all over this forum was how Forza 4 "flopped" and how it did not live up to expectations blah blah blah, using GS's review as the ammo. On and on it went, even though the game had an extremely high score on Meta. Several gaming sites said the game bested GT 5 in graphics and gameplay specifically, in their review. There was no way that PS3 fans were gonna let that slide and clinged to the GS score like a child holding on to his parent's leg. "Forza Flopped", "Forza sucks", its was ridiculous.

Fast forward to today....all of a sudden in that stick'ed thread at the top of the page, guess what?? GS is not reliable any more because "Their" game did not beat Gears 3. Now all of a sudden Metacritic is back as a reliable source. You guys are something else.

IGN has specific review teams for each of their systems. I think it's kind of unavoidable to not like the system you were assigned to. And anyway, it's still possible to be objective to the game you're reviewing. I doubt he's the same type of fanboy you'll see on forums like this, where people will argue to the death, even over games they have no intention of playing, simply because it's on a system they like/dislike.

Your text speaks louder than people's complaints. That text literally made me believe all the non sense about platform allegiance. That was garbage man. I broke my moral code and read an IGN review (I normally will read IGN reviews for 10s) and again, I have been disgusted. (Yes the Galaxy 2 10 was also terrible)

nah i really wouldn't take them into account at all. There are plenty of people who rate 1 and 0's then admit they haven't even played the game. It makes the user score average completely useless imo. You should go see some of the BF3 scores going up. one is a score of 0 with only 7 words in the review. A game like fora which has an intense rivalry with GT has an higher chance of being hit by fanboy reviews.

I really wish they would come up with a way to weed that crap out. For one there should be a length requirement and some reviews should get removed if down voted by many people.
