Yes, but if you only have a 360 that still means that good games come out for your system. Just because it doesn't have as many exclusives coming out lately, it doesn't mean that it lacks good games.

When all the PS3 had coming was Resistance: FoM, Warhawk, Haze, and some other games everyone said that the PS3 sucks and that was a "fact", and I agree, then it wasn't good. But now, suddenly the Xbox 360 only has Halo: Reach, and Gears of War 3, (Fable 3 is also for PC so it's multiplat) and Kinect coming, anyone who dare say's that it's line up sucks and that it's not doing too well is quickly called a fanboy and argued against. So basically if any other console has a bad year, it's bad, but if 360 has a bad year, we either "just wait" or it's actually having a very good year.

I do wish there were more exclusives coming out but it doesn't matter anyway because when I am not playing Reach I am going to be playing multiplats and other exclusives. but back then you'd be justfying, what? $670 for Resistance and a PS3? I guess there's Ridge Racer...but the previous title was on another platform...doubtful of much change.

so you had one game to set the PS3 apart from 360, PC and Wii. for the delightful price of $670.

I doubt every 360 owner has gotten around to playing the ~300 total games in the library. with about ~50 exclusives A and up.

actually, I know so, because attach rates indicate a rough 8-9 games per 360 owner. and established library makes more difference than lol$670purchase4originality.

fact is, this situation isn't as dire. and we don't know what 2011 will have. if that's a bad year, then the envelope will be pushed.

Fable 3, Gears of War 3, Forza 4. There's bound to be more first party exclusives that just haven't been anounced yet. Wait until all these games are released and then we can properly answer this question.

on the 360 side of things...not as many exclusives. however, there have been 360/pc multiplats. while its no ownage of any sort, i'm sure glad i got to play me1/me2 when they first released. its also nice to get some exclusive dlc first. and i think reach is fantastic. this is coming from someone who's a halo fan, but far from a rabid one.

in the end, though, the vast majority of games i play are multiplat. either system can stand alone for someone's needs.

Most of my favorite games this gen are multiplat. I never even consider what is exclusive or not, just what interests me and which system I want it on.

Cows cared about graphics last gen when they were dominated graphically? I think not. It was all gameplay>graphics and the PS2 had fantastic games, now it's console graphics king confirmed every other day like last gen never even happened.

i agree. and i know its a matter of personal opinion, but i've seen so many KZ2 graphic threads its ridiculous. and actually having experience with that game, i can say Halo 3, Reach, MW2, and TF2 absolutely stomp it in gameplay (IMO, of course: though my opinion is shared by others). but, no, all that matters is that it has the technically prettiest graphics.

Jeez 360 is fine and yeah 360 kind slow on exclusives for now but who cares it will get more exclusives next year and there are multiplats for 360 and Micrsoft future is fine and not going anywhere
