but warioware, a minigame, gets 9.1

i dont get it.

I still don't understand why a game can get an 8.8 when it was being hyped at low 9s and be called a flop.  Jeez, it's still a good score.  If you don't want the game, great, don't get it.

It's their opinion, if you don't like it, deal with it, I didn't like WarioWare either but I also haven't played Super Paper Mario yet so I have no say on this, they've played both, and gave them the scores they thought they deserved.

hilarious sheep trying to deny the pwnage saying that "Super Paper Mario wasn't hyped AAA"

i stopped taking you seriously when you said 8.8 was a huge flop.paullywog

both games are great regardless (so the score says)

warioware lacked the extras of twisted

the singleplayer was pretty short too

but it took great advantage of the wiimote and miis, especially with 12player 1 remote mode

i cant understand not liking it for the crazy style... it's like my parents saying you need ADD to play it

warioware as a minigame collection was the first innovative to make a series of microgames though, making the challenge in completing them as quickly as possible.. this is its first exclusive console premiere too remember, i believe that's an important reason why they scored it AAA

paper mario wasnt exactly a "hard" flop either.. it's like when the ds mario rpg flopped... it's still nothing lower than high AA exclusive

so far this year its 2 AE games, 1 AAE, and 1 AAAE for wii

and for the ps3, the only exclusives i see this year so far are the 2 AE racers

and months until the next exclusive

There is a difference between "flopping" and "flopping hard."

People need to seriously get over this review thing.  Reviews are not law, but opinions; the opinions of the reviewers.  It's not the end of the world if a game doesn't score what it is hyped.  GS practically exploded from the TP review, showing how immature most people here are.  The game didn't score AAA, so guess what they did?  They started insulting the reviewer.  Real mature.  You don't have to agree with the review.  A score is a score.  Whether the game is good or not is what matters, and within the SPM review it said the gameplay was pretty good.
