Wife Ninja surprised me with a Sony gold wireless headset. I had been complaining on and off for a few weeks about my previous headset (a Turtle beach bottom of the barrel version.). The damn thing broke a few weeks after I got it but being the cheapskate I am I just “duct taped” it up thinking that would suffice. Yeeaaahhhh… Like I said, cheap. Lol.

Anyway, anything cool or unique you got your little gamer paws on this morning?

I got my eldest (9) a set of Bloxels (Google it. Pretty cool) and Mario Kart on 3DS.

I got this also but a week before Christmas. Got socks on Christmas day HAHAHAHA, the TV is amazing though, Gears 4 looks like a totally different game on it.

Got MGS V Phantom Pain on sale.

Screen size is somewhat disappointing, The game library is hit and miss as well, lacking some the better titles. Namely, Streets Of Rage, Shinobi and Phantasy Star. It also lacks the save-state feature the Sega Classic Collection has.

Got a Steam card for my b'day from my bro and GF, and then an Xbox Elite controller for Christmas from them. Usually my brother and I do the gaming things, and my rents just get me stuff i need/mulah.

What's annoying is creating an OT christmas thread after someone else already did and while there is a perfectly good OT lounge for such things. THEN deciding one wasn't enough and making another in the guise of Christmas presents. Attention whoring at its finest.

If you count out DOOM (PC), PS4 Pro, and PSVR that I bought well before Xmas week, I got ROTR (PS4) and Gravity Rush Remastered for Christmas.
