I think he is right except for COD4 which looks good but isnt great.

I know everything we say isnt fact regarding graphics but i go by a scale called "WOW" or "Holy **** that looks great" scale!! :P

Imo its gotta b uncharted... then killzone... then gt 5... cant see any 360 game being the graphics king for a long time. unless alan wake magically comes out, and I dont think it will ever b releasedBrazil_Surfer

The best thing I've noticed about Uncharted is the flora and fauna which almost looks real.

techwise, Gears and UT3 imo, closely followed by COD4 and Uncharted

combining both the tech and artistic standpoints Uncharted is the king

but by the time Metal Gear Solid 4, Alan Wake and Resident Evil 5 come around... we are going to have one hell of a contest!

Uncharted has screen tearing, alot of texture pop-ins, some ugly character models, some textures are ugly (most are good). I dont understand how it can be graphics king, UT3 on ps3 completely pwns it overall.

i'd say its a far too general question to be answered as fact.

Cows rave on about uncharted, i havent played it so cant comment. but i find it hard to see how an 8 hour game can be called technically better than a 40+ hour game (ME) or a game like bioshock (which is also at least twice as long) and still have similar graphical standards throughout.

Well Uncharted looks better than those two games, but UT3 on the ps3 looks better than all three. I think MGS4 will take the crown when it releases though.

i just need to say that the console grafics king is pirates of the carribean 3: at worlds end on the wii.

just LOOK at the amasing looking hay, and the grainy wii remote on screen!

UT3 on ps3 is amazing looking, especially after the 2 gig install option. It has some minor texture pop-in when you first load a map, but after that its smooth sailing and the best looking game on any console. The only game that looks better is crysis so far.
