You could say the same thing about the Wii. PS3 not that much, since some of its best titles are rumored to come out in 2008. But aren't we in 2007? When this year is over, it preatty much only takes one day to annouce hundreads of titles for the next year.
I doubt Halo 3 will ever be the last Halo FPS. Also it'll probably have a ton of expansion maps, Huxley, Fable 2, Ninja Gaiden 2, Resident Evil 5, Alan Wake, possible Gears of War 2 and god knows what else.

Fable 2, Assassins creed, and some other titles I dont know of or that havnt been announced yet. Actually AC is coming out this year...
Nope was delayed till next year. i think they said they were delaying it til after there fiscal year which ends on april 31st i think but i havnt heard of it going to 08.
It goes from April 07 - March 08. I seriously doubt they want to go up against mass effect, GTA 4, Halo 3, and any of those largely hyped games, they will most likely hit early 08.

Well the only problem is the fact that you know people are gonna buy Halo and you know people are gonna buy GTA 4, thats already $120 spent so whos gonna have enough money to buy Assassins Creed at another 60 dollars.
Im not saying they wouldnt do good, its just they wouldnt get as much as if they would space it apart from the bigger games.

Im not saying they wouldnt do good, its just they wouldnt get as much as if they would space it apart from the bigger games. i suppose. but theres still the chance of it hitting 07. june, july and august are still open. they could probably sneak in there and get some time to itself. if they kept putting it off so that they dont meet big competition they could be waiting forever since alot of big games dont announce a release date til there a month or 2 away.
Probably. Just like GTA4... Though I myself always felt that when a series reaches the number 4, they should change it to something else... Super Halo for example, instead of Halo 4.
2008 is for Ninja Gaiden, Splinter Cell 5, Halo Wars...etc. Presumably some late 07 games will also be delayed, so we may see some of those RPG games slated for 07 release later, as well as Brothers in Arms, Call of Duty 4, etc.
That would be kinda cool if done right, being able to pick a grunt, brute, MC, marine or whatever. Yah that doesnt actually sound so bad.... I'd pick up a couple lol
Hm.... Halo racing- where you have to get your vehicle to the other side of a chaotic battlefield the fastest... You know, that actually sounds pretty fun.
