So who here owns a PS3 and 360 and how do you like it? I used to have a 360 but it broke and I returned it. Now I have a PS3 and am enjoying it but can't play with my friends (they all got the 360). I'm thinking about getting a 360 now that Falcon is out. Looks like it can't get better then Halo 3, UT3, FF13, Killzone 2, WKS, GeOW, GoW3, etc.
While strictly speaking I don't 'own' both a PS3 and a 360 we have both in my shared house and I can use them as much as I like. PS3 is looking pretty dusty right now..
Got both, both are awesome, I gotta say that my 360 is getting used loads more than my PS3 right now. especially since Halo 3's release earlier last week. Yees, I've got Heavenly Sword, although I'm going to probably take it back, because it is definitely not what I expected out of that game. I'm planning on getting Ratchet and Clank soon, I can't wait for it, it's looking awesome. My 360 is my console of choice at this time though.
I have both. I'll bounce back and forth between the two. Warhawk or Tekken Online some days. Halo 3 or Puzzle Fighter the others. I did go back and played God of War 2 a couple of weeks ago. And Folklore is coming up to play. PGR4 I'm on the fence on although the Spider Man: Friend or Foe demo was pretty fun. I may get that instead of PGR4. I just rather have my GT to be honest.
I have both and they are both superb but I much prefer the 360. I think it has far better games and online play, but it feels "cheap" to the PS3 and breaks alot of the time, I had my old 360 replaced with a new one and it didn't even last 7 months let alone a year
I read the falcons came out with the Halo 3 edition Xbox 360 and that they're already being shipped for premium/elite 360s. If they didn't already come out do you have any idea when they will?
I have them both. Paid for my PS3, and got the 360 for free. :)
They're both good consoles, but I prefer the PS3. It has/will have more of what I'm looking for. I'm loving Bluray, and WiFi is a nice bonus. The games are good. Not too many yet, but there's some good ones. Warhawkand Heavenly Sword are awesome.Lots of great looking games for the future as well.
Only thing I'm currently playing on my 360 is Halo 3. Saints Row was alright, but I have no urge to play it again. I really liked Gears of War too, and I will play it again, but at the moment, I'm busy with Warhawk, Heavenly Sword, and NHL 08.
The PS360 is a great combo because you don't have to worry about all the exclusives and all the multiplats and what have you for those two consoles. Its a breather and its pretty much gaming heaven. Throw the Wii in the mix and its unstoppable.
I have both and played them the same amount pretty much until my 360 broke, at which point I played Warhawk nonstop. PS3 i use for blu-ray viewing which is pretty sweet since its hooked up to my big screen tv in my living room. Since I got Halo 3 though that's the only thing I've been playing. Don't really use my 360 for DVDs since it never played them right, though I haven't tried since it came back.
Like most people, I play my 360 a lot more then the PS3. Before Halo 3 I did spend some quality time with Warhawk. To be fair, I play my PS3 a whole lot more then the Wii - but that could change with Smash bros and Galaxy.
i have all three but am gonna sell my wii soon, i dont consider it a real gaming system to suit my needs. 360 is taking up my time currently with skate and halo 3 until ps3 comes with the games im really interested in gt5, mgs4, ut3, ratchet, unchart. then mass effect will also get alot of playtime.
Yea I definetly am going to get a 360 now. But i'm just concerned on when to buy it. I would like to buy one of the "falcon" ones with the new heatsink/chips or w/e. Iv'e heard that they are already out but I don't want to risk getting the older 360.
