So yeah, Anthem just became a big NO buy for me

I was curious to try the demo out and lo and behold... it cant be played without a PS+ subscription. Thats f*cking disgusting if more and more game start to require a paid subscription AND its full retail price in order to be played. Both Destiny and The Division can be played without a paid subscription so why must Anthem? Even if I only want to play solo? I really, really hope players start to stand up to this bs as much as they have on microtransactions and loot boxes.Fvck this cr4p. Not buying Anthem just became an easy decicion for me. I'll stick with Warframe, thank you

I will say after my initial troubles with the demo, the gameplay was more enjoyable than Destiny's. I always said last gen, the Superman Returns and Iron Man movie tie-ins were great flight simulators and Anthem took that and and ran. But I am not into looter-shooters since Destiny and the Division so its a no buy for me.

As far as i know, general impressions of the game aren't good, and they basically fall in line with what i've concluded based on personal observations and EA/Bioware's horrific recent history of poor as shit video games.

With the risk of sounding condescending, i'm honestly tired of already knowing - these painfully mediocre games that EA and its zombie development teams under their wings are spitting out are solely designed to squeeze money from customers, and it shows so much so that you can already know.
