Here's a couple screens I took seconds ago.
And to prove that this is OnLive:

[QUOTE="110million"]My LAST video card was more powerful than a 9800 GT..RikusakiStill doesn't change the fact this this is far beyond the capabilities of the PS3 and 360. ;) Online is not only newer, but also upgraded as time goes on. I really don't see how that is a fair comparison, but yes - it has "far more capabilities".
Rikusaki you jumped off that sunken ship GT5 and now you're all about computer and OnLive?Human-after-all
Hes been on about Onlive from the get go. And he will have the last laugh one day. It wont be long until services like this become mainstream. Its every publishers dream come true and if speeds were up to par, this thing would be happening right now.
This stuff wont be replacing the home PC, but it will likely replace consoles in the long run. I give consoles (as we know them today) about 2 more cycles tops.
For the record I think Onlive sucks and I'm not supporting them now. I'm not blind to what the future likely holds though.
[QUOTE="lawlessx"]ermm an 9800GT can't even run crysis on high settings with a stable framerate.. i should know..that was my last card.RikusakiI can play it on high at a good 40FPS on my 8800 GTX-512... 8800GTX > 9800GT because the 9800GT is a rebranded 8800GT.

Silly me. :P[QUOTE="Rikusaki"][QUOTE="lawlessx"]ermm an 9800GT can't even run crysis on high settings with a stable framerate.. i should know..that was my last card.the_ChEeSe_mAn2
I have a 9800GT, I can't even run ARMA2 or Metro 2033 unless they are at almost all low/medium :? Just Cause 2 and Crysis have to be at medium/high...
not that great of a card...Its a budget card by todays standards. Sure it maxes out most normal games, but the ones I listed above and future games are not fun to try to get visuals out of on a 9800GT
That's probably why it's taking a little long to get Metro 2033 on the service. New servers. :)I have a 9800GT, I can't even run ARMA2 or Metro 2033 unless they are at almost all low/medium :? Just Cause 2 and Crysis have to be at medium/high...

[QUOTE="TheBigBadGRIM"]OMG check out the screenshots he posted above. EPIC JAGGIES!!!!RikusakiHey, at least you can see them. ;)
Yet Borderlands is crazy optimized for NVIDIA cards its not even funny. It should be trivial for most NVIDIA cards to run with AA. I can even do it with my ATI card at 8x AAA, though there are some FPS drops, especially at Crawmerax. Also, can you play Borderlands with the whole comunity, or just people on OnLive?

It would be impossible to play with PC or console users since they all connect to a server for multiplayer. OnLive uses a local area network within the data center.Jesus Rikusaki, why can't you leave these forms and stfu about OnLive or just stop talking about it altogether. Yeah, i was about to say, at least Rikusaki doesnt run scared like most people. He sticks to his guns when creating the OnLive threads and provides sources unlike most fanboy threads. And he's no where near the biggest fanboy.

Not sure what is wrong with your PC.
I have an 8800gt and I run Metro 2033 at high 1680x1050.
I also run Crysis at a moded config that is between high and very high at 1680x1050.
I run Just Cause 2 maxed out except for 2x AA at 1680x1050.
And all of those games run smoothly at those settings.
The only result of putting both in a youtube video, is that now the PC version looks like a youtube video as well :lol:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BvJCuAvYdf4

Plus his threads usually create good discussions. I'd rather click on another one of these then another graphics king, or sales thread. That and I'd like to see Wi-Fi perform better. Perhaps that's been fixed a lot since I last tried it, but I messed with Ethernet and Wi-Fi and Ethernet was excellent while Wi-Fi had some issues. I have an excellent connection so that wasn't it, I'm pretty sure it was just the fact that Wi-Fi was in beta. Wifi is out of beta now and it works great for me. I've been playing Borderlands on my ASUS Aspire 4730z with a 360 Controller. :) I have done it with StreamMyGame.com(private cloud)+Wi-Fi(private)+ASUS EeePC 10 inch Netbook+Dell Studio XPS 1645 laptop(server role).[QUOTE="rolo107"][QUOTE="Rikusaki"] I agree. On many occasions I voiced some very real opinions on why I think OnLive isn't a good idea, and he always skipped mine to reply to some one sentance insult post just so he can counter with "oh but your closed minded  " or other stupid crap like that. He always resorts to same argument when its defending onlive, future potential and everyone who is against it is closed minded and a technophobe. He has tendencies to do that, but like sandbox3d said, I would rather click on his threads than your typical sales or graphics king thread.s

Console gamers are use to lower resolutions and poorer graphics, so OnLive is right up their alley.

Aren't E6300's from like... 2007? I remember having that on my shopping list when pricing out a rig for Crysis.

E6300? I have an E6400 with 2GB of RAM and a 7900GS, even I did have a 9800GT video card my rig would still be inadaquete for playing 2010 games on high settings, and that Onlive Server is no different. Yeah it is more powerful than a console but it is not powerful enough to get the best visual fidelity out of say Arma II or Metro 2033.

Onlive runs the most graphical games (like Uncharted 2 and Prince of Persia) on an iPod Touch. If Onlive can't run it, it doesn't exist. Metro 2033 and ArmA II don't exist. Our target audience doesn't know those games even exist and if they did they'd be mad to know they cannot run it on the recommended settings. So when marketing Onlive, we cannot mention any games that we cannot run on really high settings.*evil laugh* /sarcasmPlease Log In to post.
