Sony cheated you (PS3 owners) out of $600 with lies! (56k warning)

Why have all you PS3 owners spent $600 on a machine that doesn't warrant that price tag. Sure, it might have some good exclusives, but most of the developers will tear away from Sony if they don't sell a satisfactory amount of machines and bring those titles to 360.

I have tried to compare the screenshots as fairly as possible! RFoM has a guy in front of the camera, in first person, lit the same way. Motorstorm has a car being ripped apart on both screenshots. Tekken has an up close shot of the character models. 

This is what got the hyped up bandwagon that escorted the PS3 to release started:

They told us it was real time, they swore blind!

And this is what the PS3 can actually deliver as of now:

l like your second Tekken pic, it shows off Tekken 5: Dark Ressurection nicely considering it's just a PS2 game in HD. ;) But why did you compare it with Tekken 6?Gallows-Beast

looks to me like you were comparing gameplay shots to cutscenes. its almost guaranteed that the gameplay doesnt look as good as cutscenes or trailers, but it still looks good nonetheless.

Excuse me! lol, Sony did imply this quite forcefully. They said that the dev kits were out there and developers had done amazing things. They said that in the same sentence as saying Killzone 2 was real time. So, they were basically saying that the level of graphical detail you see in the Killzone 2 trailer had been acheived. wait until the big games like MGS4, FF13, and killzone come out.

Resistance looks better than most 360 games besides gears of war anyways, same with motorstorm.

killzone 2 is still in development, no one knows what the final product will look like. the release is still TBA, so theyve got pleny of time to polish it up.

thats a good point. compare launch titles on the PS2 to games like GoW2 and FFXII. the cutscenes from the final fantasy games are nearly next-gen quality too.
