Sony E3: Livestreams, Events, Booth Lineup #hallelujah

It’s happening! Monday, June 15th marks PlayStation’s annual E3 Press Conference. The big show starts at 6:00pm Pacific / 9:00pm Eastern. You’ll be able to watch the festivities live on your PS4 or PS3 using the Live Events Viewer app, or viaPlayStation.com, Twitch, YouTube, and right here on PlayStation.Blog.

But there’s more. Our PlayStation LiveCast show kicks off Tuesday, 6/16 at 12:00pm Pacific / 3:00pm Eastern. Expect to see Ryan, Justin, and me debut new gameplay footage, game demos, and developer interviews across more than 40 upcoming games.

3 Community Event

If you’re lucky enough to live in SoCal, we’ve got a treat for you. You’re invited to swing by the San Diego Studios E3 Community Meetup located outside of the West Hall entrance of the L.A. Convention Center (at Figueroa and Pico) on Wednesday, June 17th from 4:00pm to 8:00pm — it’s free and open to the public! Just look for the MLB The Show “Trophy House” tent.

You’ll meet San Diego Studios developers and be among to first to play:

• Drawn To Death
• Guns Up!
• Killstrain

There will be opportunities to give feedback to developers, too, including a gentleman by the name of David Jaffe. You won’t wanna miss that!

Nearby, you’ll also be able to go hands-on with Star Wars Battlefront, try out the Star Wars Battlefront X-Wing Experience, and pick up PlayStation gear from the merchandise store. Not a bad way to spend a Wednesday afternoon!

Damn, these are gonna be good times, SW. The big S will sprinkle us with joy once again.Are you pumped or what?

Only one game and that is a term I use loosely that I'm looking forward to and that is Until Dawn.

I count 8 games that I already own on the PC, and many other ports and remakes.

I suspect that the few original titles will be indies, too.

So...uh, no. That's an underwhelming list at best.

Meh. The Walking Dead-style games suck by default.

Another boring Sony conference at E3. I have been prepared for years. I will still watch it but goddam it better not be a snore fest again.

What a crap list.

Is that list supposed to make me happy or excited in any way?

Sony owes us so much more, what are they doing?

That's a lot of games though, and more than half of them mean nothing to me right now. Hope to see good coverage of them.

What the hell is "killstrain"? Other than maybe one of the worst names for a video game in history.

@bobrossperm: Have you played the Banner Saga? I enjoyed it quite a bit. Would recommend as a cheapy for those who haven't played on steam.

Nope. But I would buy shit like that on Steam instead for sure. Might even check it out since I find that I enjoy more than I know when I actually bother to try stuff properly. I don't download indies on PS4 unless they are exclusive. My PC is there for that and for cheaper.

I think the last PC game I bought was Diablo 3. Do you see me online much anymore? :P

Underwhelming list to say the least... But then again there will be few surprises that they don't want to announce yet.

More proof that PC Gaming will win E3

Just a few games in there I'm interested in. Of course, no one pays attention to E3 for games that are already announced. Well, unless you're the kind of dummy who's been putting Gears of War 4 and Project Derpity Derp in every List Wars thread.

Sony's E3 is all about indie

Sony better do some major announcements otherwise it will be another 'average' E3 conference like the past 2 years !!

I'm waiting for the unannounced games to get announced and Uncharted 4 info. I'm not a fan of indie games so most of what Sony will show doesn't interest me.
