These were the only good exclusives this gen from your list. I think I'll go with Sony because since three of the Wii's came out in a single year. Those three were fabulous, though. The truth is, Nintendo is higher quality, but lower variety (all platformers).
Sony of course. Exclusives were the #1 thing I looked at when I decides which console to buy to go with my PC. They won in this order for me. 1. Playstation 3 2. Wii 3. Xbox360
I like how TC put in HAZE and Lair, but left out the other exclusives rated 7.5 or higher. I dont know.... maybe games like resistance, Heavenly sword, MLB the show, nah... why bother throwing those game into the mix, when Lair and Haze are cows favorite exclusives

i mean, MS would still beat sony. sony has more but nothing sony has touches halo. and even gears, forza, viva pinata, a bunch of arcade games and a few others are quality games. thats not even including the pc/360 games that aren't on ps3
I never really cared for Sony's franchises, so Nintendo. Nintendo's core first party lineup typically didn't disappoint, although they can certainly do better than Skyward Sword and Team Ninja needs to stay away from the Metroid franchise.

This gen? Sony. They've had quantity and quality. Quality wise, probably Nintendo's efforts surpass Sony's, but quantity wise Sony beats them by a fair margin. Again, this gen only. Not taking into account the past.Desmonic

Why would I use PS3 poor internet browser and lack of variety in exclusives (as a whole) when I can have a 360? But PS3 users didn't choose this path, they just went with what was cheaper and more humiliating. Gaming has evolved, and going back to movies that used to be on Playstation 1 and Windows 95 is gone, people want games now and the Xbox has it, if you put both game consoles up for free and the multiplat saves go to the one you choose most people would say give me Xbox 360. Not to mention that Sony is bringing in all this money and won't give consumers the whole package, charging for Backward Compatibility that used to be 3 in the from of collections. That's really it, it's also booty hurt fanboys who made the wrong decision and trying to justify their purchase. They only name the same 10 exclusives over and over, and that's actually almost a 3rd of the PS3's exclusive library all countries combined. They just wish they has the 150+ exclusives that the 360 has, and the soon to be internet explorer which is free without gold better than PS3 browser, and much more variety. Xbox 360 even gives out free points and months of gold online and even inside some game boxes, Sony does not do that. Some games even unlock other games. I know many of you are sad about your purchase but the new Xbox slim is nice, reliable, automatic sensors, better controller sticks, and interactive Kinect for kids. Sony wonderbook is all the PS3 fans have, they are insecure about their purchase because they can't afford $125.99 to buy the better thing. So for move at $50 and Wondrbook at $30 they save money, but the lack of games and variety hurts, I know how you guys feel, I see many here at the office everyday laying down asking for therapy. I know how you feel."
meh, not a fan of sony's franchises. i grew up on nintendo up until ps2. even though i loved my ps2 last gen, i cant think of one exclusive that i loved I can't get enough R&C I just love those weapons :D As long as they never make another Secret Agent Clank. That almost killed the series for a lot of people surprisingly because they though it was a good idea to have it on 2 consoles.

Sometimes it seems people say stuff like this just to start sh1t, even if it isnt called for... well, thats SW for you. I should have known better...
My genuine opinion on the matter, I didn't ask anyone to agree with it. I don't think that the "game" part of most Sony 1st party games is top of the class most of the time. I think that while Nintendo has probably less "good" games on average, the actual gameplay as a whole is a ways better. Just me though, no saying that the games are terrible or anything but rather I've played a lot of mechanically better games. There ya go, I didn't owe you an explanation but you got one.
