Sony France VP "FF 13 exclusiveness under discussion"

That doesn't sound too good for Sony. The origional article is in French, but seems like the wheels are already in motion.

That's strange I thought that Mgs4 would go first to go multiplat  and then Square would be forced to move their game to the 360 but I guess this works to :P

If FF13 does come to the PC/Wii/360 then I'll be able to play every game I could want without giving that awful entity that calls them a company a dime :)

This could actually be a good thing. Since this is Sony talking, it means that they are at least trying to keep it exclusive. If it was Ms talking then PS3 fans would have allot to worry about it.YellowPik

If this whole "relationship" was so strong and important, wouldn't FFXIIIs exclusivity be a foregone conclusion?  Do you really think that given the chance, Microsoft wouldn't try to get the game on the 360?  The fact that these questions and others escape your notice destroys whatever leg you think you stand on.

 I'm not saying FFXIII will show up on the 360.  I HIGHLY doubt it will.  But to be so naive to think that MS wouldn't even try to get it when at this point there is no exclusivity deal is incredibly sad.

Little problem with that.  If they go multiplat, they will sell even more copies.  Tons will be sold in Japan on the PS3, and many will be sold around the rest of the world on PS3 and the 360. 

And in business, I'm guessing money + money = win.

FF13 (FFXIII - FINAL FANTASY THIRTEEN) will go multiplatform and will appear on the the Xbox360.

I knew the white engine was open source but i never knew the exclusive right were up in the air. SE said at E3-05 that they where going to support Microsoft but so far they have given us a crappy MMO port and they are making a intresting sci-fi shooter. I am sure MS is also meeting SE (if they already haven't) about this. I will be a happy camper if they do decide to multi-port it, not because I am a lemming but because I love FF and if we get FFXIII and the Mistwalker games it secures the fact I chose the right system which would make me feel awesome.

Edit: and if they don't well I'll wait for more games and a few price drops for a PS3

I love that This comming from a guy that says if you dont buy the ps3 then you made a mistake by buying one of the other systems, cause hey the ps3 is geting all games? and the others get none right? you sir are the biggest fanboy here, Atleast I own a ps1 and ps2, and xbox and 360 and wii, and gamecube. you on the other hand probly only own the sony systems.

P.S: why is this bad? because last time i checked with the last what? 8 final fantasies being exclusive to sony systems I would think that they'd have all ready secured exclusivity for final fantasy 13, If they haven't done that yet 5 months into the ps3's life time then there could be a problem!

P.S.S: I love how infamous and keywii say they are amazed that fanboys can spin a negative thing about a ps3 positive article, yet on a daily basis they spin negative articles about ps3 into positive and positive 360 articles into negative, 2 of the biggest fanboys on systemwars, saying they dont understand fanboys? lol thats like saying the orea cookie peices doesn't understand the cream filling.
