still more than double ps3 plus microsoft has big hitters coming and there now in a position where they can comfortably drop the price when they need to. sony however arnt in that position plus even if they did drop the price around sumer time as the analyst predicted they would risk annoying the people who bought one before.

That was with Elite launch. Thoughj it was only for a few days, but it moved at least 30,000-50,000 units.outlawauron7491

i dont think that many elites where even released then. they were supply constrained in a few places for awhile and its only now that the commercials are starting.

So what do we have here, God of War with a woman, A Tomb Raider ripoff, Ratchet and clank (never played the first 2, never even picked up the boxes), little big planet looks awesome, and that;s about it....

I'm shaking.

So what do we have here, God of War with a woman, A Tomb Raider ripoff, Ratchet and clank (never played the first 2, never even picked up the boxes), little big planet looks awesome, and that;s about it....

I also like Little Big Planet. The game looks great and it looks like a heck of alot of fun!

They need to come up with something like that for 360.

They need to come up with something like that for 360.

It is awesome and I expect it to score very well.  That's the problem with videogaming today, there aren't eniough games like viva pinata and little big planet.  I mean come on, raising pinatas in a garden?  Running little paper characters all over a level and using every day objects to get through?  Thats what videogaming is, I'm so tired of the same types of games over and over again.  I want new and innovative (but nothing from the Wii lol).

360 and wii have better lineups

uncharted doesnt look that special just another game thinking its tomb raider

R&Clank looks amazing but didnt like the first one i played

theres nthing to be nervous of if anything ps3 fans should be nervous as the sales are poor

yet the 360 Elite sold 67k in just one week, while the PS3 only managed 82k for the enitre month

Bleak future. Didn't the GBA outsell the PS3 in both the U.S. and Canada? I would call that bleak. PS3 sales are dropping every month. Japan developers are moving many of the projects over to the Wii which is outselling the PS3 4:1 in Japan. I don't think anyone is nervous about Sony's lineup. Nobody! :P

The 360 US April totals outsold the PS3 Japan/US totals combined. So they are either doing really good or the PS3 is doing extremely back. Take your pick.

The Elite launched on April 29. So it didn't include much of the Elite sales at all. Does it really matter? Whether it's a Core, Premium or Elite, they are all 360's. :lol:

Yeah? That's not what the votes (sales) seem to indicate - or is this going to be another Sony tyranny?

Whats to be nervous about? The only game that I even care about is R&C. With the news on Starcraft 2 I really dont give a damn about what the PS3 is going to get I need to start saving up to get a PC now screw the PS3. Also 360 and Wii line ups this summer are way better then the PS3s and with both consoles doing better than the PS3 I really dont see the need to even worry about the PS3.

There wasn't anything at SGD that should make anyone nervous. Sony fans are just excited because they finally got to see something new. It will be 2008 before Sony finally gets it's first system seller.bluebrad1974

Who knew Gears would be as successful as it was before release? No one. Not even Cliffy and Mark Rein predicted it, as they stated in a gametrailers interview.

Do you think those titles will be huge sellers? They are new IPs and don't seem to be the right genres or have the advertising dollars behind them (like Gears) to really have that level of impact. The problem is even tha best games can sell badly.

Edit: Actually maybe Heavenly Sword does.
