Your controllers are in no way "better", but if you personally prefer them over the PS3's, that's your "opinion".
Rumble is a widely overrated addition to controllers. When I have it, I hardly notice it anyways. I will admit having rumble is better then no rumble, but it's like saying you have 4 skittles to my 3....not enough to make a big deal about. And while I'm on the whole controller subject, might I add that the SIXAXIS comes with a build in battery, that Sony will replace if it ever died. I'd say that counts for something.
And about the whole "Sony is copying Microsoft", yeah, so what? Why not have the perks of both the PS3 AND the 360? That in no way sounds like a bad idea to me, and I fully endorse sharing the ideas from other companies. It only makes the console better through time.

Please explain to me what happened yesterday that Sony should be bashed? Because all I saw was Sony offer free service to it's users.
Although the thing they offered had a small percentage of PS3's bugged (look at the responds in the story, and you will see a ton of people post that theor 2.40 update works fine), Sony did the right thing, and took the update off, and started working on fixing the bug right away. And might I remind you, it is FREE SERVICE. At least when they fix a bug they unleashed, they actually make it go away *cough*RROD*cough*

actually you will probably find the PS3 only has a handful of games that have dedicated servers most are P2P, but just to fill you in the 360 has games with dedicated servers as well.

actually you will probably find the PS3 only has a handful of games that have dedicated servers most are P2P, but just to fill you in the 360 has games with dedicated servers as well.

I'm betting the failure rate of this update is probably around 20-30% itself. Sony copies everything they see, and half assed. Sixaxis (copied from nintendo) failed. Trophies (copied from MS) also failed, as no games support that crap. Sony even implemented a hard drive which MS had last generation. Saying the 360 has dethroned anything is like saying smoeone having a headstart in a race is winning while completely ignoring the fact that the person "losing" is actually running a much faster time.

As for the games, you guys did have good games. However, it looks worse every year for MS. Gears is the only good game you have to look forward to the rest of this year that is a console exclusive. PS3, RFOM 2, Socom, Little Big Planet. They even had to push Killzone 2 back to 2009 because there was too much coming out this fall.
Failure rate. Yes it went down. Can't lie about that. I mean after they spent $1 Billion on fixing the issue, it should be non-existent but its not. PS3 had minor issues with those two firmware updates, minor. Yes minor. No one spend $1 Billion to fix those issues.

I never said MS controllers give you cramps, i said PS controllers do. Let's see what you have to say about the MS lineup after E3, seeing as that seems to be "announcement week" for most major brand developers. I play shooters a lot, and a vertical angle for the thumb is the most comfortable as it follows the natural line of your tendants in your arm and hand. MS had to spend 1 billion dollars (not much for MS technically) to fix a problem they caused... but they DID spend that money to fix it when they really didn't have to. So thats by no means a bad thing. In fact, it's very nice knowing a company will stand up for it's mistakes. Rumble was in N64 before sony had it. The lawsuit goes to show how shady they are when copying and 'stealing' technologies. For people who got their ps3 bricked, it's not minor to all, som epeople woulndn't know what to do if that happened to them, thats major. When Sony had blu-ray player, Microsoft released a HD-DVD addon. Everyone knows blu-ray has won the format war, people who don't think so are probably narrowminded lems.
When Sony's PS3 came with a HDMI port 1.3, MS released all their newer consoles with a HDMI port 1.2. Still not better than 1.3.
Microsoft copied the idea of a Home Button, because the PSP came out before the 360 and had this Home button.
Everyone that is a true gamer knows the Playstation brand is the superior brand in gaming historically, right now, and in the future.

Why has there been such a large influx of these ignorant comments on console manufacturers copying each other? This has been happening since the dawn of consoles. It's a little process called progress. When your competitor has a good idea, you'd be a fool not to incorporate it into your own product if you could. Every fanboy seems to be obsessed with martyring themselves on the alter of obliviousness by refusing to accept that these companies are run by BUSINESSMEN; and this decision is a smart business move. If Sony had come up with a sucessful idea, MS and Nintendo would be pretty quick to jump on the bandwagon, like say with using optical discs for games? (Btw, I say "successful idea, so no smarty pants better come in and say that the Sega CD did it first, because that was not sucessful, whereas the PS was).

If you can name me one thing you use in your house that was 100% an original idea that was not based on a pre existing idea and then improved upon it I will give you $1000.
Everything you see and use around you on a daily basis has been an idea that has been perfected since the beginning of human existence. I am tired of hearing all of these cries about how people are stealing from each other.
Sony did not steal any thing. They took the idea of it and gave it their own touch. This is not stealing. Human existence are based on these concepts of taking what someone else has done and improving it or making something that has evolved from that idea.
Funny how you complain so much about Sony stealing yet you don't mention anything about MS developing their own motion sensing controllers or how they are trying to come up with their own Mii like characters.
Yes some of these companies like MS may have been the first company to put a certain idea into a video game console, but they weren't the first to come up with those ideas.
But if you look at the big picture. The only reason that MS can even make a console is from taking the ideas of every console predecessor that came before it.

I've notice that people try and use the DLC as a come back. I for 1 dont buy DLC, and I'm not gonna say most, buy a lot of people dont buy DLC. And you're right, when you can download anything you want onto the PS3, who cares about DLC that you have to pay for.

Rechareable controller; The 360 fan act like this is no big deal any try and diss the 12" cable it comes with, I work in IT, so I can get longer cables, so can anyone else, so thats a non-issues.

Please explain to me what happened yesterday that Sony should be bashed? Because all I saw was Sony offer free service to it's users.
Although the thing they offered had a small percentage of PS3's bugged (look at the responds in the story, and you will see a ton of people post that theor 2.40 update works fine), Sony did the right thing, and took the update off, and started working on fixing the bug right away. And might I remind you, it is FREE SERVICE. At least when they fix a bug they unleashed, they actually make it go away *cough*RROD*cough*
Cant say the same for Microsoft, Christmas issue, RROD issue. Miscosoft also had a download that caused system to crash.

If you can name me one thing you use in your house that was 100% an original idea that was not based on a pre existing idea and then improved upon it I will give you $1000.
Everything you see and use around you on a daily basis has been an idea that has been perfected since the beginning of human existence. I am tired of hearing all of these cries about how people are stealing from each other.
Sony did not steal any thing. They took the idea of it and gave it their own touch. This is not stealing. Human existence are based on these concepts of taking what someone else has done and improving it or making something that has evolved from that idea.
Funny how you complain so much about Sony stealing yet you don't mention anything about MS developing their own motion sensing controllers or how they are trying to come up with their own Mii like characters.
Yes some of these companies like MS may have been the first company to put a certain idea into a video game console, but they weren't the first to come up with those ideas.
But if you look at the big picture. The only reason that MS can even make a console is from taking the ideas of every console predecessor that came before it.
So, do you know the failure rate of ps3's based on this update? If not, then you have no basis to say i can't guess. Obviously it's not "way off" Sony has been working on sixaxis for a long time, and it failed huge. That only made my point stronger that sony can't do proper research. Nintendo had motion sensing components in research longer than sony anyways. In game musc is not an origianl idea? Ok, so tell me what other ocnsole before it had that feature? Oh, you mean someone thought of it first? Well, unfortunately for that person, they should be sueing MS, since MS beat them to market. First to the market = original idea. PS3 = last place again Trophies also are copied form unified achievments which IS ONLY available on teh 360 right now. That means it is in fact an "original idea" If you were to read my post correctly, you would see i never said thought up or invented by MS or nintendo in any way. Those companies made it to the market first. Sony was last, therefore they end up being the copier. That's the nature of the business, and my statements remain true. That special touch you refer to that sony adds... thats the touch of quality reduction. I can't 'complain' about microsofts motion sensing components, they havent released any actual info on it yet, ut sixaxis is already come and gone, dead and burried. Once more info comes about the MS piece, i'll look at it. For all we know, its a totally different take on the motion sensing idea. They look to me like they are adding new innovations, where as sony looks like they tacked on their equivelant version of already marketed ideas as to no miss out on games. Anyways, thats my reaponse to your message. you can think whatever you want, but the fact of the matter is that regardless of who thought up somethign first, when it makes ti to mass market and hte public sees items in their hands working, and then another product emerges with similar features, what do you think they will think? The onyl downlaod microsft had that crashed anythign was that patch that bricked MODDED xbox's. so if you aren't referring to that, i think you are making it up.Lol if u see the xbox controllers they almost look like the ps3s they just change things

While Microsoft is staying mum on the subject, the bulk of speculation is that the Fall Update is intended to brick Xbox 360s that have been modded. However, some posters are reporting problems with unmodded consoles being bricked, and forum-goers at Xbox Scene are saying that the update is not consistently bricking modded consoles.

lmao, if anything MS copied everything Sony when they went into the console wars. They copied the controller from the Dualshock, they copied motion sensing from Nintendo, they are about to come out with a **** Home like program.
The only thing that is unique to them are their hardware failures.
