How is Jack to know if MGS4 will be exclusive or not, its up to Kojima and his higher ups.

Komami may take action a while after release, but I doubt Kojima will be involved in the transition to another platform, and that could result in a poor quality port.

In any case, it doesn't really seem like it will ever go to another console. All I ask is that Kojima focuses completely on the PS3 version atm and he's doing that, which is cool by me.

1 Kojima at the event said it's staying exclusive, and that it'll be the last in the series. There could be arguments in boardrooms about this, but if the 360 was getting the game anytime soon Moore wouldnt not have let the opportunity slip. That would have beenone of the central pieces of microsofts presentation.

Originally I thought MGSIV would be a timed exclusive to the PS3, and head to the 360 a few months down the track but Kojima has made it clear several times that it's not happening.

More or less likely Sony has also given Konami and such a few moneybags to make sure they atleast get the timed. Most likely what will happen is MGS4 is exculsive and MGS4 Substance is multiplat. Everyone goes home then happy from the table. But it would be sucide announcing that now...Kill the sales for both the normal version and it being a PS3 exculsive...Well I can just wait then.

This is the final chapter to MGS. The developers last time with the game. Konami's last time to get money out of it. Why wouldn;t they go multiplat after a few months? How does that prove anything?
