Sony poised to win the entire year.

At GDC, LBP alone took the show. Sony won GDC. And it was clear that E3 was Sony's.

Now with the trend in my thread about TGS and amcallister902's Leipzig thread, Sony will come out on top in those events.

Sony may not had won the sales wars, but to gamers, sales are negligible to the quality of games. The PS3 is hosting the best looking and playing games through the entire year winning every event. They had such a bad time in 06 but the PS3 is starting to shine and its games are making people go, "Omg I'm getting a PS3 for that game." With Home as its online network platform and all the games that are coming out for the PS3...

Sony won with its games.

Sony has impressed this year with future titles, titles like LBP, MGS4 and Killzone 2. All 2008 titles. Their line up this year is strong, but it's pretty safe to say the 360s is stronger. As gamers, we play games, we don't decide who wins a year based on what is coming up.

Exactly. And a couple weeks of good announcements still don't mean the ps3 is suddenly the most wanted console. Last I checked they still have problems pushing their systems.

Your topic title says "Sony poised ot win the entire year." In order to win the entire year, they must do so in games and sales, not events. Events mean nothing about winning a year if the sales and games don't do anything for them. Now you talk about the events, and then say the PS3 boasts the best-looking and best-playing (which is very stupid because you havent' played them) games throughout the entire year. "Entire year" means 2007. And their game lineup is not the best this year. Then you say Sony won with its games.

Now do you see why you can't write? What you said, as I pointed out above, was that you clearly stated that Sony won 2007 with their games. You didn't say they won the events, you said the entire year. That's 2007, not events.

Can you just please explain how they won? Polls on gamespot showed 360 won, and I'm sure if you go over to other sites they'll say the same thing. We want games, not promises. So if you can show me proof that Sony somehow won, I might see it your way, but right now all I see is your opinion, while valid, still has no proof and doesnt prove your point.
