This seems new for the playstation. i saw the simpsons game getting promoted for sony platforms, but i only almost see 360 commercials promoting third party games . whats up with this new sony campain.
when sony pays for the ad they put the playstation symbol at the end. When microsoft pays for the ad they put the xbox sybol at the end. Thats all.jack_russel
I noticed but with no real winning first party games to prmo. even with R&C just coming out; I guess they figure they will fool a few casuals into thinking that The Simpsons are Only on PS3. :P
PS: I'm buying the 360 ver. on launch day b/c I just love The Simpsons ! :D

R&C on PS3 is an amazing game. I beat it the other day, and im playing it on the higher difficulty. Honestly, one of the best looking games this gen.

You no - I believe you as it was looking like a one good reason to pick up the PS3.
Still, it's baffling that I have seen the prom for the simpsons many many times but have yet to see one for R&C .

Like Marvel Ultimate Alliance was being promoted for the Wii.
Naruto was being promoted for the PS2 and so on....

The game is on every next gen platform including the handhelds and the ps2. Casuals aren't stupid or blind, I don't think this was the message they were trying to put across. Most likely it was just some marketing for the system itself, like hey, why don't you play the simpsons game on a sony platform, and then they show the ps3 logo to just get the buzz about the system out there again.
i feel bad for sony they need to promote multi plat games like its an exclusive

those are just a few of the many commericals with the xbox logo at the end.... this is the ifrst i heard of that sony is doing. so i guess that makes sony desperate right? meanwhile microsoft has been doign it for a longer time? and on more games? oh wait i shouldnt say that now because now the lemmigns will say " oh sony is copying micrsoft!!!!!"
