100 more games than Xbox one lol. Xbox One has more retail games and once the Windows app store is integrated (worst kept secret) Xbox One will have 10,000+ games. So 100 games is pretty poor in comparison.

I don't want PSN to be at xbox live level,that level now is problems all around have you see xbox live running on xbox one.? Yeah the rumors claim it is broke and we all know how on the spot the latest rumors about the xbox one had been.

The short story is that Xbox Live and the OS, especially in functions that involve XBL, are a complete fucking mess. One source says we aren’t talking weeks until it works correctly but “months.” Things like parties dropping people when moving from one thing to another. Connectivity issues. Missed invites. Friend requests not working, etc.

He then said “If all you are doing is running a game and that’s the only app things are fine.”

What does live has now that make it so great.? because dedicated servers had been use by PS games since Socom on PS2 on 2002 before live was even out.

Find me 1 game with 8 players co-op on xbox live,or a game that support 60 players,that was possible on PS3 all i care is gameplay not crappy features hidden under a pay wall,i don't think XBL is over PSN in any way for next gen consoles,hell if anything is behind PSN,party chat cross platform does live has that.? Cross play with PC.?

Everyone, and i mean everyone in the gaming industry has ALL agreed Xbox One launch line up and announced games are far superior to what the PS4 has at launch and announced. Find one respected game review publisher that disagrees.

I will love to see what Xbots will come up with when they realize PSN is the same as Xlive and they already know PS4 has far more GPU power. They will lose having the better online service. They wont have as good of hardware. They'll be down to TV service and a few exclusives. They are seeing MS's advantages evaporating more and more as next gen closes in. Then they'll get to watch the PS4 dominate for 7 years.

I wouldn't call it all they have. I mean Sony too could have an early lineup comparable to the Xbox One if they too abandoned their core userbase for the last three years like Microsoft did. Imagine for a second that Naughty Dog belonged to Microsoft. There would have never been a Last of Us unless they pulled a Bungie and jumped ship. Instead there would have already been an Uncharted 4, a couple of spinoffs and maybe even an Uncharted Kinect.

And even now. The majority of what M$ even has in store for the Xbox One exclusively are still third party games with Titanfall being multi-generational even and not a true Next Gen title.

If you look at Sonys track record though, they never release good games at launch or even close to it. Not on the PS3, not on the PS2 and definitely not on the PS One. Yet despite their slow launches every time, they still manage to finish with the most exclusive game support. Its just sad that the children here don't see past 2013 and the couple slow quarters that follow which sell the least amount of games anyway.

It's not the PS4 that you have to play the same game to join party chat because the API for VOiP is the same throughout the OS and games. It's the Xbox ONE where you have to play the same game to join party chat since each dev needs to code their own unique party chat API.

Xbox OS is laggy as f*ck. PSN > Xbox LIVE for next gen.

Crossplay is not party chating lol. Come Nov 15th play KZ and invite one of your friends to join your party chat who is playing COD.... you wont be able to lol.

PS4 has cross-game party chat. The Xbox ONE doesn't.

So far, there are way too many reports coming out that the Xbox ONE OS is buggy and won't ever be fixed. You can't invite your friends to play, you can't have x-game party chat, you can't message other people. Who knows what other social features are missing? The point of multiplayer gaming is to be social. As long as the latency within multiplayer is unnoticeable, people like me aren't going to care if the game is running on P2P or dedicated servers. I don't care about host-switching that takes up maybe 3 seconds max and happens once every 15 games. Latency is roughly the same between P2P and dedicated servers.

What we do care about is playing with our friends, which won't happen on the Xbox ONE for a LONG time. Have fun playing by yourself.

Famousfortimer, theshensolidus and Thuway confirmed x-game party chat won't be available on the Xbox ONE forever since the VOiP API is hardcoded already and won't ever be changed for fear of stability issues.

This falls under the streaming catagory doesn't it? I'd imagine you're going to need a good upload speed on your internet connection. I've tried streaming to twitch on a 0.90 upload speed, it looks like a blurred unwatchable mess.
