More humble than Sony. They got raked over the fires in the 90s for doing things that many people take for granted today like giving the people free browsers for going on the internet. Did you know browsers used to cost money. Then MS gave it to people for free. It was called IE for windows. But they got sued because of this monopoly. Yet companies like Apple can do the same thing. Safari on iOS.

Now lets look at a case for Sony. Throughout their lifespan Sony wants to create proprietary formats to control the use of it. They created betamax failure, minidisc failure, ATRAC over MP3s failure, etc etc. They wanna manipulate and control the usage like an evil empire would and not use established formats.

im pretty sure 99.9. of people have had their disk slip off the cd holder in the case this can cause scratching.
