It doesn't because that's not how MAUs are calculated. Anyone that interacts with PS services count as a MAU. That includes Video, Vue, Music, Direct, PS+, Store, PS Now on all devices be it Vita, mobiles, TV, PC, PS3 or PS4. I can login to PS Now on PC and log out again, I'll be counted as MAU.
That's silly why not break it down further?
Because MAU is a metric for PSN Service/ecosystem which doesn't really have generations. They did give the PS+ subscribers though.
