Sony Reveals Plans To Win Christmas Battle

PSP had the same uphill battle and right now its doing fine. Wii and DS are pretty much going to dominate this gen. Its pretty much just plain to see thats whats going to happen. Sony should concentrate on staying in the game until next gen, winning at this point is goind to be tough.

The public wants minigames and inferior tech. They have spoken.

I wouldn't put it that harshly. Even though you are "technically" :lol: correct. I think price is driving a lot of these decisions. Parents just don't want to spend that much for a video game for their kids.

Theirs no denying the PS3 blows in the game department right now. I just got my first hard disc game last week and I've had it for over a month. But I know why I bought it I have no delusions about that. (Blu-ray movies.)

Yup, if you were in the market for a Bluray player you couldn't have done any better TBH. The PS3 will have good games down the line so I guess it's the best of both worlds for you.

Howerver, I'm only focused on gaming and thus it is not a point of value for me.

Blu-ray = flop - I got HD cable, can download HD movies from XBL marketplace or get any movie I want with the PC

PS2 games = yawn!!! No multiplayer = no replay value

PS3 games = ZzzzZZZZzzzzzzz , if you think the Ps3 has a better library than the 360 you are just being a cow
