[QUOTE="SolidSnake35"][QUOTE="Neal_Gore"]You obviously didn't use too much of your brain muscles when you decided to buy a PS3Bread_or_Decide
Bluray and sequels to my favourite PS2 games. It didn't take much thinking, no.Its 3 consoles in 1. Makes old games look great. Upscales DVD's. Plays blu-ray movies. Will be home to all the best PS2 core franchises. Free online for those who don't take multiplayer too seriously. (I don't feel like I have to use it just to justify a yearly payment.) 60GB of space to boot.
Sounds more like 1/3 of a games console in a home entertainment system to me.
Heh, you're all going to think i'm a Sony hater after this yet I bought a PSP yesterday *gasp*. Pirates pwns ;).
Theirs no denying the PS3 blows in the game department right now. I just got my first hard disc game last week and I've had it for over a month. But I know why I bought it I have no delusions about that. (Blu-ray movies.)
Yup, if you were in the market for a Bluray player you couldn't have done any better TBH. The PS3 will have good games down the line so I guess it's the best of both worlds for you.
Howerver, I'm only focused on gaming and thus it is not a point of value for me.
