I see a lot of videos like this. I think it's unwise to use your credit card/debit card or paypal with PSN. Makes sense to use pre paid cards.

It makes me wonder is the rest of Sony outside the ps division still hemorrhaging money. If so they probably can't afford great security. It would explain why we haven't seen many games from them in the last 3 years. If it weren't for Kingdom Hearts I'd be okay with an Xbox One, Idk maybe I still could be if ps4 is for exclusives only.

But here's the problem. Sony often refuse to give back stolen money, it can take months to get some of the money back, and if you try to block payments using the credit card company and paypal, they block your account, and you can't use ANY of your content until you pay them back using pre paid cards.

That's awful, they could just give you the money back and block the content from being usable within days.

PSN isn't to be trusted from a customer service level from what I hear.

It took a report from BBC watch dog before they even started to give a shit.

I haven't heard of too many of these related customer service issues with XBL or Steam though.
