Why you so mad reaperI will seriously consider switching over to PS4 once they announce it and we get solid details. I'm extremely unhappy with Xbox Live and the interface of the Xbox 360 as it is.

Unless they improve PSN, XBL is always going to be better. The Interface of the 360 is really great once you get use to it. I hope that the PS4 interface is lot better than the empty PS3 one.Â

It's extremely sluggish and has tons of ads. Every update they do of it makes it even worse in some way. PSN is beautiful in it's simplicity. It isn't sluggish, and it has almost no ads.
I used to think XBL was better, but now I'm not so sure.

what is better about live that makes it worth $60 a year in your opinion?First is Cross-game chat. Second XBL is overall better Online system since it's built from the start to support every game on the 360. Third the updates take less time to download and install. Fourth it's universal guide button is much easier to do stuff like check if you have any messages. Finally you get more apps than you do on PSN.Â

Mines is not sluggish at all. Sure there are ads but most are for games or movies. Most of the ads are in the right lower corner of the screen so it doesn't bother me much anymore. I pay for cable and yet still get tons of ads.Â

Most of the ads are not ads they are just information of other things available on the 360. The Sony fanboys just like to lie and say there is a Taco Bell ad on every screen when most of it is just information on what else is available on the 360. Also just because yours is sluggish does not mean everyone has it sluggish. Mine is not sluggish at all. You may have very poor internet connection.Â

You may have very poor internet connection. information on other things to buy. that's basically what an ad is. doesn't matter WHAT they are advertising, the point is Microsoft gets money enough from ads to allow for free service. cross-game chat is really the only thing the 360 has over the ps3 i care about and the vita has that, so it's not hard to believe the ps4 will as well. people say downloads on psn are slow, but it still only took me about 20 minutes to download the revengeance demo and that was a few GBs large. I swear I've downloaded mappacks for games on the 360 only half as large or smaller and it's taken me more time. But yeah, ps4 better have a way better interface. I don't wanna see the XMB ever again and they shouldn't use what the vita has either. Most of the ads are not ads they are just information of other things available on the 360. I pay 60 dollars a year. I shouldn't have to see them. In fact, I should have an option that completely removes them from my screens.
Dude, internet connection has nothing to do with regular menu screens. When I hit the Xbox button and it takes a second or two to actually show the menu, that's sluggish. And it's like that on every single Xbox 360 I've ever tried it on. Like I said, we're not talking about PCs that are varied when it comes to hardware. Most Xbox 360s are exactly the same(with the obvious exceptions being the original, elite and slim versions). So either you guys don't know what sluggish is, or you're being illogical.
PS2 games aren't PS3 games. I did add Journey, it's clearly on the PS3's (smaller) list of AAA exclusives. You lied, you made sh!t up, and you still failed. Deal with it.[QUOTE="locopatho"][QUOTE="brofists"] My goodnes you are just as delusional as miketham83 is That is not in any way shape or form the "real list" just because you say so or want it to be.. What you are doing is selectively picking and choosing to suite your arguement. First of all, the PS2 games you speak of aren't PS2 games, they are collection series for the PS3, which you can only play on the PS3 etc But theres the fact you want to add trails, and then fail to add journey That was just one example of how biased you are being And even with the biased list you want to put fourth, PS3 exclusives still dominate, have more higher scoring exclusives and across a much wider spectrum So can you fail even more? I mean my goodness, you basically self owned yourself! The PS3 wins and will continue to win with the PS4, while the 720 will be a casual kinect box, so have fun with that lol. Stay mad lem! DISSESHOWEDO
Â
Yeah Geo Wars 2 ! Now STFU !
Yup, it's a AAAe game for 360 :) I think Killzone 2 is a garbage game, it's still a AAAe game. I think Journey is good but way too short to be AAA... doesn't matter, it's still a AAAe game. Unlike rancid cows, I don't force my opinion as fact. I use facts as fact :)[QUOTE="locopatho"]
Lol you're counting those PS2 baseball games as PS3 exclusives. Counting Journey for PS but not trials for 360. And probably counting Okami HD for all I know Jesus you have to combine convoluted made up rules AND outright lies for PS to win something
Slashkice
Two of the MLB games do count as exclusives here, much like GRAW. The actual count is 10-10. So, huzzah, I guess.
O right. I didn't count the baseball games or GRAW. Either way, they're pretty much the same. Or 360 slightly edges it. Huzzah for cows :PI pay 60 dollars a year. I shouldn't have to see them. In fact, I should have an option that completely removes them from my screens.

I completely agree with your posts brother. I used to swear by 360. Although PS3 online isn't as good (close), I'd rather pay nothing for the value I get than $60 of Live.
Real talk, Sony seems to do this every gen and they'll probably do it again. They announce a new platform, they hype the sh!t out of its graphic capabilities with doctored videos and screenshots and when the thing comes out it barely outperforms its main competition. It happened with the PS2 vs the Dreamcast. It happened with the PS3 and the Xbox 360. Neon_NoirWell they ahve to spout BS talk because they don't ahve the funding to do the marketing campaign that MS will do. Sling mud to dirty the competition first, try and capitalize on more sales based off that (while fueling their cow-base with MS hatred) and then losign marketshare to the competition when people realize its cheaper and runs the same. 360 was cheaper, and ran games better, even if it didn't have those later generation spiffy exclusives sony had. But the good ones of thsoe are rare. I will give sony this, Uncharted games are boss.

Did they even match any of those promises? Not even close! Microsoft is the very worst at doing what you two empty knuckle heads accuse Sony of doing Pkus the fact is killzone 2 and killzone 3 matched the e3 trailer, so you two are out right making lies to begin with. Sony delivers. Microsoft bullsh!ts you, just like they did with Kinect, and then never even attempts to come close to the many bold faces promises they made with kinect Xbots like you two should have your internet internet access revoked. You two cloud up the internet on a daily basis with your stupidity, delusions, and blind hatred of all things Sony. Whats sad about that is that you two spend hours, days, months, and years of your pathetic existence talking about all things playstation. That tells me that you would rather talk about playstation then the talk about the xbox, and in that case the playstation has already won, and owns your minds Are you alright bro? You sound upset.

Actually what's going to happen is Sony is going to bring the European 'This is Living' campaign to the US and ask for Cows to Jump Out of the closet. Cranky's Video Game Heroes
Cranky's Video Game Heroes is an awards ceremony in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy Kong's Quest and Donkey Kong Land 2, to see who can collect the most DK Coins. The player may be in this event after they beat the game, or by pressing the L button after they beat it.
When the player first sees Cranky's Video Game Heroes, Mario is found in first with 39 coins, Yoshi appears in second with 29 coins, and Link is seen in third place with 19 coins. To beat the three characters, the player must collect DK Coins on their adventure, and Diddy Kong will appear as one of the top three if he gets at least 19 coins, eliminating Link from the standings.
Remember how the PS3 was supposed to be a supercomputer that would blow away the Xbox 360? Neon_Noir
It was never siad it would be a super computer that would blow the 360 away. It was stated that the PS3 had superior CPU power that turned out to be less significant than thought due to not being able to use it the way people thought it could be used. The architecture of the PS3 bottlenecked the CPU power and brought down it's potential
With PS4 the architecture is changed as not to have that be the case again. .Â

- In the corner of the screen here, Sonic's shoes and Earthworm Jim's raygun are seen next to a sign that says "No Hopers", most likely meaning that they failed to collect enough coins. Mainly, It was included because of Nintendo and Sega's rivalry at the time.

The online is very comparable minus all the bloatware slowing your dashboard down. I have been a very regular poster on the Xbox.com forums for two generations and their biggest argument right now is that Xbox Live has party chat. They claim its the benefit of paying for your service. The reality is though that Vita has party chat too and the only reason the Playstation does not have it yet is due to a RAM issue. While its something I absolutely dread, you can expect Party Chat to be on the PS4. I wonder what the fanboy arguement will be then.My Live has never been as sluggish as my PSN. It had better CPU and MS always parade the GPU on 360 was better,MS even did charts showing how much better the 360 was over the PS3,no PS3 game should look better than a 360 one,but they do because of Cell. Now both companies use the same CPU and the same GPU basically from the same vendor, the PS4 has faster ram which is unified,a stronger GPU and the same CPU,you don't have to be fortune teller to know which is more powerful. Hell Durango use 3GB of system ram and 2 cores from its CPU alone for handling the OS,that is a pretty big hit resources wise,oh and kinect is mandatory to even launch a game so who knows how much more resources are tied up because of that. Please Log In to post.
