It was rather explicitly implied that Titanfall was an X1 exclusive but not Titanfall 2. I don't know what damage control is there to do

All we can do is wait and see how Titanfall does. And if Microsoft decides to buy the IP, or fund the next one.

1 problem with that, EA. they need titanfall, activision has destiny and cod while ea only have battlefield. no way they let titanfall slip through their grip. and EA are just as ruthless as m$ when it comes to business so m$ will get a taste of their own medicine

Yeah, I don't see them giving away their IP, but there's a good chance MS will fund the sequel. They're heavily invested in this game.

It could also be that EA says no, and that it will become a full blown multiplat. Like I said, we'll have to wait and see.

meh, don't care about the game looks terrible, if it actually ends up being decent there is always the pc version, which is the decent version.

If TitanFall ends up moving some Xbones somethin tells me MS will pull a GeoW and buy the IP just because they're afraid of it going multiplat (most probably what happened with GeoW). I still wont care cause TitanFall will be an overrated cr4p just like CoD was.

Said it before, say it again if MS deems this franchise as a Halo/Gears pillar of the Xbox One ecosystem they will pay whatever is necessary to ensure it never sees the light of day on a PlayStation. I stand by that.

Since lemmings have been pretending titanfall will be the 2nd coming of christ because they know its not coming to PS4. And vice versa, thats why cows bash it.

I'll just buy an X1 for it. I already want Dead Rising 3 and Sunset Overdrive on it. I am however waiting for a bit to see if there's going to be a price cut.

How can anyone say if game that is yet to be release is good or not? We can only go by the screen shots and pieces of info.

To me the game looks crap, that's because I hate generic first person shooters, a lot of people love them so I'm in the minority here. The graphics are not the best, well what's been shown anyway and robots don't do anything for me (although I hear the people seem to have some fetish with robots especially the Japanese). And it's multiplayer only with no single player, although if it has a multiplayer campaign then OK, not saying mutliplayer only games are bad but it would be better if it had both to have some sort of story element.

I don't really understand the hype for this game, nothing jumps out at me as being something new and improved. But we shall see when it's released. I remember people saying Killzone and Ryse were going to be epic... so I don't trust anything until it's released.
