The big difference is MS as a whole is in profit and has $56 billion cash reserves, Sony on the other hand is into it's 4th straight year of heavy loses($3 billion for 2011) has a debt of $13 billion but only has $7 Billion in free cash.

I said different degrees, you have a fanboy in you but you try to keep it inside. Only fanboys go toDigital Fanboy sites and look at sillycomparisons,I'm not a huge fanboy and neither is MajorMayor. I usually agree with him on everything so how can he be a fanboy? And how am I fanboy?

That's his opinion, if you don't like it just ignore it. You have opinions too, like multiplats better on 360 (lol fanboy proven) I don't care though because that's just your opinion. IMO they are the same (aside a few cases) there are ALOT of sites that do comparisons, some say 360 is better and some say PS3 is better. Lemmings (that's what you are) just choose to focus on Lems of Noobs and Digital Fanboys because they cater to you, they have a few cases where they "go against the grain" but that doesn't mean they arn't biased. Besides I don't need a dumb fanboy site to tell me anything, I use my own eyes and I don't see a difference.

In exclusives I do, but again that's just my opinion. Everything here is opinion. You don't have to like it, and you have every right to disagree with it. Just like how I have every right to disagree with you and your silly links.

There are millions of sites like that out there and none of them are accurate, some say 360 wins some say PS3 wins, they are suited to get ad hits from fanboys on the internet. I find them silly because I know they are all (in most cases) identical. And yes Sony is doing fine, there will be a PS4 and Vita just needs some time, go count your doomsday threads somewhere else.

Look at how sharply quality and competition went down after sega left the gaming market (talking about them not being a part of this gen), if sony left it would be over for console gaming.

Some people may think it's cute to want sony to fail but with MS charging $60 a year for online now, with sony gone...forget about it, expect a monthly mandatory charge to play gamesonline or a ridiclious annual fee of over $100. that would probably just be the beginning. The jury is out on what ever nintendo is going to do, I have no clue.

Console gaming isn't a necessity. If MS or others start to charge too much, people will just find other forms of entertainment or start gaming on other platforms like PC.
