Lems will always say that Uncharted is a movie, cows will say that is one of the best game of the generation so we need outside sources to give weight to what we say. That's why awards and scores are important if not then why are you here?

There is no winning on SW's, its an eternal shit slinging fest and anyone who comes here with the intention of winning anything will be sorely dissapointed (and should seek professional help).

it is the developers who made the great title, not the engine.
Good tools + good devs make good games.plenty of terrible and average games have been made out of good engines by good developers as well. engines only provide a base, the overall stability, content and the way the game plays is all controlled by the developer. the engine has nothing to do with it being a high grade title.

I never said that good games don't depend on good devs. Where did I say that? I said good games depend on both: having a good dev and good tools to work with.
