Its not the same and should not be treated the same... The simple fact that the PS3s are mandatory put them in completely different positions...The funny thing is that the 360s way of doing it will probably be more effective...

- The long-requested online mode is probably SC4's most worthwhile endeavor.

- The online mode could use a quick-rematch option, though; postfight, the game boots you back to the matchup screen, which seems just a little clunky here in 2008. Still, this mode looks like it received a lot of thought, with options to reserve space for friends in four-player battles or invite people on your friends list into a match (in the PS3 version, anyway -- Xbox Live already has that functionality built in).

- The create-a-character mode is amazingly deep, allowing you to assemble your own bionic man, while the new manga-designed fighters add plenty of fun new looks and personalities to play.

- but considering how fun Soul Calibur 4 is after a month of nonstop play, I think it'd be hard to top what Namco's accomplished with what is unquestionably their best fighting game to date.

I love these parts. Damn I can't wait to pich this game up. :D

I was wating for this game for long time, but to be honest it had a lot of problems with press, players, etc,etc, my attention now is with Naruto Ninja Storm, so i'm gonna wait to se the reviews for SCIV and for Naruto.

No, I have a 20gb HD. What does that have to do with anything? The install on 360 makes it so you can play the game without the disc, in case you didn't know.

You need to go back and read up on you system......you do need the disk.

Why would you ask if I was going to install it in the first place?

From the article "As of this moment, the PS3 version has the technical edge, since it allows you to install to the hard drive for faster loading times" No where did it say anything about the 360 load time, but yet you claim the 360 loads faster. Every PS3 game that you had to install run better on the PS3 except the ported games.

For all that thought vader was better:
The Xbox 360 version's advantage rests with its exclusive guest Star Wars character, Yoda. The PS3 version is saddled with Darth Vader, but Yoda is the better character of the two, as he's sprightly and nimble, as opposed to the slow and lumbering Vader.

Copy, install, same thing. You install/copy files to the PC, you still need the CD in to play the game dont you......yes, the 360 is the same way, you still need the disk to play the game.

Copy, install, same thing. You install/copy files to the PC, you still need the CD in to play the game dont you......yes, the 360 is the same way, you still need the disk to play the game.

thats only for piracy reasons... the disk will not spin, and in turn, make the 360 cooler, quieter, and greatly decrease load times...As an example, DMC4s load times decreased by 30% and it only took 10 minutes to copy the entire game...Doesnt the PS3s installs take at least as long and dont even copy the entire game?

Face it, from what has been said, the 360s method will be superior....however, we cant truely know until its released...

I can't believe people are trying to prove manadatory installs and optional installs are the same thing, seriously, have a word with yourself :roll:

It would be good if you only needed to put the disc in say every 5th play instead of every time.

when it comes to comparing 1UP and GS, 1UP's A is like GS's 9.5. I can only assume that 1UP's A+ is a GS 10, an A- a 9, and so forth
