PC because it has everything. Wii because it has games that use motion control well. Or maybe even the NDS because of the touch screen. Either of those 3 really.
PC has a backlog of games going back 20ish years so I'm gonna go ahead and give this to PC.
edit: if we're talking consoles probably Wii.

Then we should count consoles backward compatible games too. Since the PC can be counted all the way back there it seems fair to count all the console available library too. Although of course PC wins too. okay you get all your libraries from 1 gen agao.. we get all games since the dawn of gaming on pc + all your back gens. we still win

Eh, it's fairly close between 360/PC with all the XBLA & indy but alas, 360, as a matter of Fact, has by far the most current RARE games on the planet so ummm, yeah, 360. :twisted:

You didn't bother to read the thread did you? PC has a huge amount of unique games, I'll post some again for you.
Terraria, SpaceChem, Sanctum, Dungeons of Dredmor, Frozen Synapse, The Path, Osmos, Nitronic Rush, Amnesia, Dwarf Fortress, Mount and Blade, Defcon, To the Moon, etc.

I'm sure the Wii has more unique games, because of the gameplay the Wiimote allows for. In fact most of it's library is unique compared to the other gaming machines.
People who think the PS3, are just being nostalgic for PS in the PS1 and 2 days. It doesn't have a bigger variety than the others and it doesn't have more unique games than the others anymore.
Obviously the pc simply because its a open platform.. Meaning a dev does not have to pay royalties to the platform owners to have their game on it.. Opening the market to every and all indie games out there no matter how large or small they are.. Though the console side of things is starting to open up alittle bit, its still restricted.. But lets face it those are what define a console and a pc.. A console is a streamlined restricted experience and the pc is a opened ended free platform.. Both have their strengths and weaknesses.
Are we talking about exclusives as individually unique games or are we referring to games of particular genres and sub-genres that cant be found or are not common from system to system?
ex: Uncharted is a unique game that is exclusive to the PS3 and that should count towards the uniqueness average of the PS3.
OR Uncharted is a linear story driven 3rd person shooter with platforming/puzzels similar to MGS. hell even GeoW, and that should take away from said average of system/s?
