@kali-b1rd: I'm just letting you know that this one is. ;)
@kali-b1rd: this is the fact: these games are timed exclusives. Please don't get upset over this, just accept it :)
@BenjaminBanklin: yes, I hope the aliens be real life too... Btw, all the aliens in SC look similar to reptilian or dinosaurs.
@kali-b1rd: this coming from you is really ironic...
How so?
You are making a claim about an exclusive that, in its current form requires the precision of a mouse or joystick and far more buttons than a controller is coming to console in 2 years time just so you don't have to accept the game is shaping up instead of vapourware.
I'm saying that God of War will likely end up on PS NOW which, at this moment in time, is a far safer assumption.
But hey alt troll, you do you boo.
No proof of SC being a timed exclusive. So stating “the fact is” then followed by an assumption is pretty dumb man.
@kweeni:
I'd like to make a bet to see which comes out first. Star Citizen or Final Fantasy VII Remake?
@kali-b1rd: this is the fact: these games are timed exclusives. Please don't get upset over this, just accept it :)
Can't get upset about fake news ;)
Oh c'mon man, he's actually talking about Sony games. You know that will eventually all be playable on PC. :D
Hermits and sheep make it too god damned easy for developers to fleece the shit out of them. ???
How much do you pay to play online games every month?
How much do you pay for new releases?
Did you buy a mid gen refresh console?
Which console manufacturer do you shill for? My guess is Sony.
Chris Roberts is trying to create his own gaming cult. Or he already has achieved that and is trying grow more his wealth and fan base. He wants SC to known as the most non-MMO powerful PC game in the world. He has a big ego so he try to stretch the game as long as he wants after release.
Like what most games are doing by creating MOBA's, BR, and shared mmo's.
@GarGx1:
I pay about $3.33 per month to play online, best of all my mp games arent ghost towns. I can still find plenty of servers for BF4 but I cant say the same for the PC version. And no, a handful of jank servers based in some shit hole in eastern europe with red ping.
I pay 30-40 for new games thanks to the abundant PS Plus deals.
No, I didnt buy a Pro cause I dont care for 4k.
Speaking the truth is not shilling for a platform holder. It's not my fault you have to spend your days bitching on forums while you wait for the inevitable handmedown ports. ??♂️
@GarGx1:
I pay about $3.33 per month to play online, best of all my mp games arent ghost towns Given that there are barely a fraction of the good MP games on consoles I'm not surprised.. I can still find plenty of servers for BF4 but I cant say the same for the PC version. And no, a handful of jank servers based in some shit hole in eastern europe with red ping. PS4 version has 2k more players at this very moment, talk about a stretch.
I pay 30-40 for new games thanks to the abundant PS Plus deals. Liar. PSPlus never has the brand new games on offer
No, I didnt buy a Pro cause I dont care for 4k. Ah so your playing shit versions of all the games, k.
Speaking the truth is not shilling for a platform holder. It's not my fault you have to spend your days bitching on forums while you wait for the inevitable handmedown ports. ??♂️ As a base ps4 owner every game is a hand me down to you, so I wouldn't churp up.
But hey, waiting for the best version of RDR2 is better than begging for the inferior version of Star Citizen in 2-3 years time.
Nevermind the whole "budget" argument is just pointless personal preference or financial circumstance. nobody cares if you can't afford or choose not to spend as much on gaming, inferior system is an inferior system.

I pay 0 a month to play games online
I buy new games for a fraction of their cost on release, thanks to key sites. For example I bought Shadow of the Tomb Raider with a season pass for £24.99 instead of the £60 retail price
What "hand me downs" am I waiting for exactly? RDR2? If I wanted to play that I'd get it for my PS4 but I'm not particularly interested in it. Mean while you're in a thread with console fans hoping that Squadron 42 gets released on console at some point well after it's out on PC. As for Star Citizen, that's already playable and getting regularly patched and bigger with each one.
On that note, Star Citizen and Squadron 42 cost me £45 in total as I'm an early backer. Should Squadron 42 ever get a console release you can guarantee that it'll be at least $60 and an even bigger if, should Star Citizen ever get a console release (highly unlikely) it'll cost you another $60 and your monthly sub to play it.
Who's getting fleeced?
God pc gaming's amazing.
Those little kids on Switch having to hand their pocket money to Reggie, sad.

Oh cool, you only pay $3.33 per month for online to not be a ghost town. Do tell me how's GT5, MLB the Show, Tomorrow Children's onlline? Wait what...Sony shut those down even before full year was up? Oh well, at least you rent 2 games a month that nobody cares about anymore to justify pay to play. I mean it's something after all.
Talking about handdown ports? How's 900p Spiderman treating you or that none of your games run at even locked 30 on PS4 or how about none of your games has fully dynamic lighting till to date apart from a simple small world indie title? It's only 8 years overdue.

Who's getting fleeced?
If you have to resort to using grey-market sites to buy your games cheaper then you are definitely getting fleeced.
I'm not surprised to see that you were gullible enough to fall for that scam of a crowd source campaign. 6 years in development, raised 200 Mill and ya are just getting a demo? ??
Dude, even most hermits don't give a damn about Scam Citizen so I highly doubt anyone in the console space is going to care about it either.

First of all GT5 is a fucking PS3 game where online was always free. Second, MLB The Show is a yearly sports franchise which have always had their servers shut off after 18 months and I don't even know what Tomorrow Children is so I don't blame Sony for shutting that niche title's MP.
And your response to my comment about PC always getting hand-me-down ports is to bring up performance issues in console games? LOL
Man what is it with Hermits sending me their most gullible and simple minded members? ????

Just the response, I expected from a corporate sheep. I don't care about those games because my corporate overlords didn't care about it so it's all good. Oh I just used these 3 titles for reference, in reality there are many more. Just loved that irony in particular 'MLB The Show is a yearly sports franchise which have always had their servers shut off after 18 months' in direct comparison to 'best of all my mp games arent ghost towns. I can still find plenty of servers for BF4 but I cant say the same for the PC version.'
So much for not a ghost town. Taking about ports: how's that Metro 2010 port 4 years later on a next gen system with cut down technology? How about XCOM? How about ROTTR? How about PUBG, Diablo etc etc. and especially since you're in SQ42 thread, how about you and your brethren port-begging it?As my fellow hermits have already outlined the key difference is we get superior versions while you get nerfed ports. Ah, well never mind may be on PS5 you will finally have a game with fully dynamic lighting. It's just almost 9 years overdue. Can't wait for the next but but....

Man what is it with Hermits sending me their most gullible and simple minded members? ???? what a shitpost.
@Rockman999: Totally, cheaper games is a bad thing. How can I have so gullible to have been fleeced by Green Man Gaming and Humble Bundle, I'm such a fool not to have seen it before. I really need to go back to paying the same price for a physical game when I only use digital.
Who'd have thought that a larger budget would result in a much. much larger game, with >$200 million development budget and is pushing the boundaries of gaming on all fronts, taking longer than a $23 million game. You know what would have been a con? Releasing a $23 million game with a $200 million budget.
Ah, the old "I don't care so no one cares" argument, shame you can only speak for yourself. I do find it odd that you certainly seem to care enough to keep returning to Star Citizen threads and there are plenty of people looking for news of a console release.
