Final Fantasy would look so bad on the wii... come on this is the wiis specs Broadway CPU, a 729-Mhz ATI graphics. The GPU runs at 243 Mhz and utilizes 3 MB of built-in memory in conjunction with 24 MB of main memory. The Wii's RAM consists of 64 MB of DDR memory (-24 = 40mb of system ram) ...lol and 512mb (lol...1/2 a gig of storage space.....lol....) That is some of the lowest specs I have seen! The original X-box had better specs....lol.... The wii... I only bought mine for my girl, and for Galaxy....my pc fom 1999 had better specs than the wii. If ff was on the wii it would need to go back to ps2 style grpahics - not advancing the game one bit. And besides the wii already has final fantasy crystal chronicle series, and the ds has Advanced tactics..... both kiddie versions of the mature playstation game. It's funny how they don't even put traditional ff games on the wii anymore, like in nes/snes era... its all cut down little kid stories.... glad I got to experience the mature originals when i was a kid. I remeber FF1 when I was 12...world69star69

I've liked the games they've published/developed this generation. They're just spending too much time on one FF title, making this the first generation where we most likely wont see 3 main iterations of the franchise. Not to mention the entire focus on FF, DQ, and KH is just heart breaking considering they can make good new IP or even bring out of retirement some older franchises.

That's funny coming from an Xbot. So all developers should simply turn to the X360? Square Enix, Konami... No, they should keep away from that console.

who cares? square-enix is a garbage company. why not just play good games released by companies with actual talented personnel rather than buy into the hype factory of square? when your pillar franchises are as hurting as final fantasy and kingdom heart (barf), and you (seemingly)make a decision to put the epic dopeness of dragon quest on the back burner, frankly you deserve to see your company explode into a poopy fireball of bad handheld ports, games incaspable of dealing with technical limitations, and feminine-looking male leads with feathered hair

If 2 deliver it still doesn't change the fact that they keep focusing so much on FF VII and KH's spin offs (Wich I'm aware aren't all bad) and had that awful Last Remanant game released.

Even if this were true and you mention TWETY or Crisis Core it's still just not the same as when they used to put out high quality titles one after the other while at the same time delivering 3 FF iterations and DQ.

I think it might actually rock my socks off. One of my favourite game series, that always continues to deliver.

Last Remnant is a very good and underrated rpg imo.

Also its the best rpg from aquare/square Enix that ive played since FF8. (Yes im saying Last Remnant > any final Fantasy game after FF7+FF8).

huh? I don't understand what the first part of your post means. The graphics and gameplay do look excellent, and the fights sound like they are going to be much better, with the difficulty being higher etc.

Ive had more fun with Last Remnant then i have with all teh FF games AFTER FF7 and FF 8 (the last GREAT ff games imo).

I sure am looking forward to the new FF game though!

Glad your enjoying it bud, i really liked it on xbox360. But after trying it on PC at my buds place i had to start downloading Last Remnant off of steam for pc!

Yeah, I didn't pick it up on 360 because of the issues, and then I heard of the PC version. Whilst there is still texture pop-in, it isn't bad, and the battles got me pretty damn interested.
