An hermaphrodite do not need to have, like in this case, male gentalia, howere she could have both female and male hormones which gives her male characteristics like deep voice, more muscle growth etc

it doesnt really bother me. seems more like a way to get some buzz going about the game. especially after that recent incident with the female track runner who turned out to be a hermaphrodite.
