Sorry, dude, what you're saying just isn't valid. Mediocre games do not get praised on Steam; good games hardly get praised on Steam. And Star Trek Bridge Crew has gotten universal praise on Steam. That should tell you something. Gamers think the game is not only good, but great. You'd see that if you weren't, well, you know what you are.

You can post gifs of Jack Nicholson laughing all day if you want. It won't change the above fact.

Star Trek fans will tell you anything to do with Star Trek is good unless you like something in Star Trek that they don't like.

It's kind of a niche game...well probably very niche considering the gameplay is limited to pushing icons around a desk tablet in a themed room. I have VR and I wouldn't buy it but it's only a flop if the game doesn't produce sustainable or expected profits. It might have sold 100,000 retail and license keys already for all anyone knows. You guys just think everything is a flop if you don't like it and some college aged reviewer for GS didn't give it a near perfect score...which is a stupid way to dictate a flop or not.

@pimphand_gamer: except that's not how SW judges flops. Gears, Halo and Forza ar all hugely profitable but all routinely called flops in this forum. In SW it's all about the hypethread score vs the GS score.

There's also a sliding goalpost scale here depending on if a game is on Xbox or PlayStation. PS games that get low scores are still good games where the score doesn't matter or are games cows didn't want to play anyway.

Cows also usually don't hype PS games til after they are released so they can say there was no hype thread if PS games get low scores, but circle jerk when PS games get good scores, while overhyping and trash talking in hypethreads for Xbox games so if they score lower they are easier to call flops.

The fact is that the only game made me want a PSVR was Resident Evil 7 , nothing else.

Game is fun as hell, and this is coming from someone who pretty well hates everything Star Trek except for the newer movies. If you have a fun crew this game is hilarious and fulfilling, but if you have a boring/crappy crew I can see a "mediocre score" . People can hate all they want but I think Ubi knocked it outta the park on this title. I also like the cross platform play with PS4, Rift and HTC all playing together as well. Haters should try, even if you think Trek is awful cuz so far it's definitely in my VR top 5.

Nah, I love good games that's why I own a PS4 and PC in addition to my PSVR. You obviously hate good games hence the reason you support the Flopbone with its mediocre exclusive library.

Even though it not out but ST Discovery will be hated too. They should bring back an updated version of TNG. I would even watch it where Riker is Captain or even if Wesley Crusher comes back as 1st officer. :P . Patrick Stewart already said he would never play Pickard again. :(
