STAR WARS battlefront PC MOD is coming .. PC gaming on another level ... for free.

Damn, I thought it looked decent on consoles, but this is sick, wonder how Endor looks.

I was guessing a mod that made all Storm Troopers wear helmets mod, many people out there voicing frustration, on Rebel side you can pick from various faces and hair styles or wearing Rebel helmet or not and such, for Storm Troopers the only have two basic male/female full armored, and the rest except the last two unlockables are the same Storm Troopers with male female heads and various hairstyles and facial hair patterns. I figured someone would want to mod this to make it all Storm Troopers wear helmets.

I run the game maxed at 2560x1440 res and still get over 100fps so that is ok for me.

I seldom agree with these guys but this time I'm with them. Seems a lot of post-processing was used and these screenshots only look great in screenshots. They remind me of the ENB mods with the ridiculous amount of bloom and saturation that look like paintings in a screenshot but absolutely kill the eyes when gaming.

I know the BF core assets cannot be modified and only master effects/post-processing can be applied. I doubt this ''mod'' is anything at all really.

How the hell some of you guys are so salty with this mod ? Yes it might not be FPS viable for many mid range PCs out there , yes game might be shity , yes PS4 is the most powerful console , yes X and Z games are better than it ... but ... this topic is all about this specific MOD and how awesome game looks over the original , close to reality that is , from pictures even where most of us cant tell the difference if its a movie or a game in most of them.

You do know that PC playing all games released in gaming history up to last generation do you ? Soon gen 7 that is ... So not only PC plays all PC games ... it plays all arcade games and all previous console/handheld ( 90 of them even ) games as well with zero costs ... aside this is what i call the best backward compatibility ever AND the biggest library in the world.
