They are definately above average, but not so farfetched as king. Feculia was one good looking level.

I am renting the wii version for those 5 extra levels.

i disagree. i would say it looks acceptable for next gen, and the frame rate is terrible.

graphics king IMO is still gears, uncharted, and MGS4.

Its far from average, maybe not that extreme, but far from average.

It's the best canon Star Wars game in years.

The game does look nice.. Though i would not purchase it.. Buy it when its like at $30 or rent it.. The game is just too short, with a singel play through.. Its a good game, with a story that is more Starwars IMO then the newer movies.. But it does have flaws.. The main flaw is the crap ass targeting system.. In the end I found my self struggling with the targeting system through out the game then I did with enemies.. When I should be force ligthening the enemy my guy will be doing it against the barrel next to him.. There is just too many objects on screen that are targetable with this type of targeting system.

I understand the hate because Lucas Arts still can't make a game that is better than/ as good as a Bioware or Raven SW game. I mean they are LUCAS ARTS for crying out loud :(.

LucasArts basically tanked when they abandoned the PC as their primary platform imo.

Some of the technical work is great, but it isn't used as well as it could be. The Xbox 360 version has bits of screen tearing and framerate stuttering.

Kind of a bold claim to say "it easily has the best console graphics I've seen this generation" when it can get as low as a 7.5 on a reliable site.

However, I won't say you are wrong, because I have not played the game.

2 days ago I would have flamed you, but after getting it yesterday, I think it comes somewhat close. the ship in the demo is not the highlight of the game. So far im on the pretty planet, you know, with the jajaws or however you spell it

If I'm praising any aspect of this game, then I'm not lying. I'm not a Star Wars fan, nor was I a fan of the demo. I'm glad the game is a lot more than the demo lead me to believe, and I'm glad I gave it a chance.

Textures and lighting are great, but not quite up there with Uncharted. Performs about the same, as both games had a fair amount of screen tearing. Somebody on here said that physics will be the new eye candy, and I tend to agree. In the physics department, TFU crushes Uncharted and Gears. The game looks fantastic, at least to me, but not quite as good as some others. That being said, it is definately more technically impressive that the other "console graphics kings."

Oh, and by the way, the game cannot be summed up with screenshots. If there ever was a game that you just had to see in motion, this is it.

I agree it is a gorgeous looking game, definitely has some beautiful scenery throughout, particularly Felucia, Cloud City ,Kassyyk even Imp. Kassyyk looks awesome, i also love the detail in the last level (not gonna name it due to spoilers).

There are a few performance issues here and there (360 version) but you barely notice them when you're kicking ass. Anyway even though its a short game i'm absolutely loving it, i've gotten nearly all the holocrons now and i've nearly maxed out my character but i still keep on playing it. :D
