Ah, okay. I retract my statement(s) then, they have their asses covered.
Still, this can be used as a cheap marketing technique, and I think that even with that ass-coverage a good lawyer could sue them.
Yeah in Canada there is a bait and switch law that protects the consumers from this. I haven't read up on it but I'm sure a case could be made there.
