Starcraft, Best Game Ever.

I thought I do this since I saw 2 or more of these already, but instead I like a different responce. Intead of forcing my "personal" best game ever onto you and try to make it as fact, I want to ask you something different.

What if you personal best game ever?Mine is Starcraft.

I thought I would bold it to clarify it as a joke, and not be flamed for it like those other individuals.

i played starcraft at a friend's, it was kinda boring. paullywog

It's hard to say, but Starcraft is certainly a contender in my book.  It's the oldest game that I still play almost every day.  Even Warcraft 3 (which is really Starcraft 1.5 in fantasy) could not top it.  The story, the atmosphere, the depth of gameplay.  Starcraft ftw :)OceanLeet

On a side note, I just installed Starcraft on my comp a few days ago, and went through the first tutorial. But now, I'm starting to reconsider whether or not I should start playing it on a consistent basis. Why? Cause the game's 8 years old. :P I feel like I'm "too" far behind the game's lifespan to even start playing or even hope to play online at all. (By the way, Starcraft online is free, right?) Oh, and yeah I do have Brood War also.

Somebody always gives me a laugh :)

Favourite franchise is Zelda and my favourite game is Twilight Princess; it just nudges out Ocarina and Starcraft(which were both formerly tied for #1).

However, i'm undecided as to what i feel is actually the best game ever.  Though; the three games i mentioned are fairly high on the list at the very least.

Warcraft 2 is the best game ever made.
