General rule of thumb for Steam sales is to wait for daily deals; otherwise buy on the last day.

Though you might want to wait a month as it'll either go for the same price or even less, saving you a few bucks.

The bolded is pretty much my line of thinking. Though it probably won't drop by much since it's only a month until then.

But still, I recommend waiting until the 27th at least in case it pops up as a daily.

Amazon.com has both Darksiders and Metro 2033 for about $5 each...really tempted to get them. My only reservation is if one or both of these games will end up on Steam daily sales or not, probably get them for a couple bucks.

Also, anyone think a AMD x3 720 BE CPU and a Radeon 5750 could handle Metro 2033?
