This is probably a dumb question but is there anyway I can share my Steam folder with you guys just to show the games I have bought in the last few days?

Basically anything you want to put on the table, if both can come to an agreement, then thats good. Sometimes checking the prices of both to see each general value works. So what is a trade? Do you completely trade one game for another?
sherman-tank1
Yeah but you have to purchase the game as a gift and store it in your inventory. You can still put it in your library if you decide not to gift it. When I'm uncertain if I will ever play a game that I buy, I put it in y inventory so I can possible trade it away later onSo what is a trade? Do you completely trade one game for another?

I think Steam should make it to where you can trade an Exsiting game that's on your Library to someone else.
It might make Steam a bit of a better place and you can get rid of games that you don't want, but someone does.
Dead island any good?Heil68I will not lie, I enjoyed it immensely up to the point where I got the legendary broken part of the game and my double digit hours worth of saved data was no more.

I think they should make all bundles have the ability to gift you games you already own. You did pay for them, but at last its not always like that.I think Steam should make it to where you can trade an Exsiting game that's on your Library to someone else.

That's like saying "I think steam should shoot themselves in the foot". They would lose a lot of money if they did this, people wouldn't buy as many games, since they could just trade their games with others.

How is that any different from say the Used Game Market?

Idk how well that would work. 2 people that both want the same 2 games could just buy one each, complete them, and then trade. I know this can already be done with physical copies but it is fairly isolated. Being able to contact anyone in the world to trade an item would make it silly to buy games since you could always just trade your previous games for them. Devs would probably miss out on a lot of sales I think it would be cool if Valve allowed you to sell your old games. Then they could just take a small cut (~5%) and split it between them and the dev. That way people could still get something back for their old games and the developers get a cut of it. Although that system would be open to exploitation as well[QUOTE="bloodling"]

What do you mean? The used game market is already there, but not for digital games. If they allowed trading games, that would add up to the current used disc game market. My point was that they'd lose a lot of money, you don't need to try to think further than that.
That's pretty much what me and friends steam blotter look like. So I think you are ok.So my friend showed me this after she added me to her new steam id.

Well we understand at least.
If I was to get one STALKER game, which one should it be? I'm not getting the entire series yet, just in case I don't like it.EliteM0nk3yI would get the first. That is what I did. In case you like it, you can go to the next ones knowing the story of the orginal so you won't be as confused because I heard the plot is connected in CoP to the other two.
Dead island any good?Heil68Dead Island is very good if you play it in small doses. Maybe 45 minutes to an hour at a time. The constant collecting gets a little tiresome.

It lists everything in the ling. Scroll down.
oh man, just installed it. game looks sooo much better. thanks dudeNo worries. It fixes a on of things, plus they have vesrions for the other games in the series!
Alan Wake is pretty well optimized, a 580 shouldn't have any problem getting around 60fps on 1080p.Question to anyone who has played Alan Wake with a gtx 580 or a card with similar power: how was the performance?

Okay guys, debating whether or not the STALKER collection is worth it. Also Thief Deadly shadows, yay or nay?! (do I need to play the others before that one?)killa4lyfeI have been playing the first Stalker with a mod that was recommended, and so far it has been great. Though I am only 2 hours in.

Stalker is a great game, just make sure you get the Complete mod for it If you decide to get it.
Well that makes it an even 10 games. Still waiting on ARMA CO...
So far though:
nah, its alright but you aren't missing anything[QUOTE="mems_1224"][QUOTE="BPoole96"]
Anyone know if Red Faction Armageddon would be worth worth my time and money?
BPoole96
Yeah I figured as much. Its a shame since RF1 and 2 were both great last gen.
For 5 dollars you can't go wrong.[QUOTE="BPoole96"][QUOTE="mems_1224"] nah, its alright but you aren't missing anything ArisShadows
Yeah I figured as much. Its a shame since RF1 and 2 were both great last gen.
For 5 dollars you can't go wrong. Its not the money I'm concerned about, its more so if its a good game. It will still take 7-8 hours of my time. I wanteds to know if it was worth it. I'm trying not to buy games and then never playing them
The poll is now closed with The Walking Dead as the winner taking 43% of the vote. Killing Floor Summer Sideshow finished second with 35%, while Spaz finished last with 22%.
[QUOTE="FireSpirit117"]The weren't part of the sale, but I did recently get both The Witcher 2 EE and Max Payne 3 as gifts.BPoole96I just finished Max Payne 3 about an hour ago and loved itI've played through the first 5 levels and I'm loving it too. :)

Might be worth it just for the magnet gun. Seriously that sh*t is hilarious. Someone needs to steal that idea, since the Red Faction series is no more.Well despite my massive backlog of other games, I decided to cave in and take advantage of the sale. Here's what I got:
And I mentioned before that I got Witcher 2 and Max Payne 3 as gifts.
A new poll has open with choices from Demigod, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction, and The Last Remnant.
