Street Fighter V has no console exclusive logo in the PAL region

There is another offline mode. I've seen people streaming it already.

I will get my Collectors Edition from Gamestop next week and I couldn't be happier. I am a huge Fighting game fan. SF V being a console exclusive for Cows is a big deal here. It's too bad they downplay console exclusives on Xbox One. This could have been a big win for Cows.
