Why exactly is this a bad thing done by Microsoft? :?
I dunno... it seems a little silly for MS to lock someone out of another avenue to publish a game that's going to every other major platform already. It's certainly not something MS would try with a larger, established dev team. We've seen shared network titles in the past to know that.
"Yeah, we'd Love to have your game that's already coming to PC and Wii on XBLA. But before we do, we need to make sure you won't put it on PSN."
I mean, really? Does MS think this somehow would influence anyone's decision to buy a 360 vs a PS3? Maybe it's just me, I just find it silly. Petty, even. :shock:

The same logic could apply for the PS3 using exclusive advertising. Businesses will act like businesses.
