huh? all GTA4 did over its predecessors is to include multiplayer support, which is what Brawl has done. so how has it evolved more than brawl?

no GTA offered a new experience every time they released one a new story, and a few new little things that made the series shine, brawl just added a few new charaters and some new stages and a Tacky multiplayer and said it was the next best thing.

GTA4 has added the friend network, the multiplayer, a city that's 100x more lived in that is predecessor, a story with emotional weight, etc, etc. It is a new experience.

Brawl is a Melee upgrade.

It's amazing that a game like Brawl could get compared to GTA IV. It simply doesn't have the scope or dynamicness to compete. GTA will always come out looking like the deeper experience.

Yeah, but Super Smash Brothers Brawl had a lot more hype then Super Mario Galaxy, so it's easier to compare to Grand Theft Auto 4. Since the latter game is getting higher scores then Super Smash Brothers Brawl, I will recommend good ol' number 4, though I admit I am not exactly into either franchise.

Have you played the multiplayer mods? all pedestrians and traffic has to be turned off. It's pretty fun but there was no real game modes like GTA4 and you couldn't have 16 player servers. Face it, Brawl is not bigger and has not come as far over it's preddessor as GTA4.

GTA has never really had a propper online component, for that reason alone it's gone further than Brawl.
